Delicious food, we had pizza Parma and calzona. Food looks wonderful, taste is even better. Such unpretencious place, not easy to spot from outside, in a residential area a bit away from the centre, but with really great food. They even gave us for free a small dessert because it was there 10th anniversary, such a nice gesture.

Seriously outstanding. It's a little hidden, blink and you might pass it, but the size adds to the charm. I had the salmon salad and white sangria. So many flavors I wouldn't think go together but they definitely did!!

What a wonderful way to end our seven day trip to Porto.

We were scanning the menu when the waiter came out to offer us help. The specials of the day sounded so delicious that we decided to go in.

From the moment the waiter helped us outside until the moment we left, the service was amazing, extremely attentive to us and everyone around us.

We ordered a small garlic bread and olives to start. The garlic bread was focaccia with herbs, garlic and cheese, it was delicious.

My husband and I both ordered the specials, mine was a fillet of sea bass on a bed of creamy potato with grilled vegetables, it was incredible. My husband had the salmon fillet with tagliatelle. The pasta sauce had a hint of Dijon mustard and ginger, the fish was cooked to perfection.

My husband ordered a locally brewed beer and I had two different glasses of vino Verde, both delicious.

I highly recommend this restaurant to you. It was a great find for us and we want you to share the same great experience that we had.
One last thing, great quality and not at all expensive.

This little Italian restaurant is next to Marques Metro, 5 stops from historic center. It’s small and hardly noticeable from the street…the delight is inside as if only for “those who know“. The team is young and very welcoming, ready to explain in English or French if needed. This is simple no fluffy dining but what’s in the plate is just delicious! Pizza dough is perfect….raised at least 60h…who does that anymore?! Everything is fresh and well paired. Local wines are a good surprise and reasonably fared. A stop we certainty didn’t regret…came back a second time 😃

Quite by chance we came past this Italian restaurant which is not really close to the pulsating city life. After a terrible experience with another Italian restaurant we didn't really feel like trying another one for our last evening in Porto but while we were scanning the menu a very nice man opened the door and told us the specials of the day. We were sold after the sea bass and salmon and in we went...
The atmosphere is nice, not especially Italian but furniture and interior are tasteful and modern and we felt comfortable.

I started with one of the many Portuguese craft beers on the menu while my wife had a glass of vinho verde. For starters we ordered olives and a "small" garlic bread. In the end it was two small servings of olives, marinated in lovely herbs, garlic and olive oil - and the fairly big garlic bread came straight out of the oven, also with herbs and cheese, like a focaccia. Both were delicious 😋 and we were afraid we couldn't finish our main course.

The salmon with dijon mustard and ginger was cooked to the point and the pasta underneath was still a bit al dente. Perfect. My wife's sea bass on a potato mousse with vegetables was the same - absolutely cooked to the point.
We both managed to finish our plates because it was soooo good.

The whole staff was super nice and courteous. The whole dinner felt very "upper class". Since we didn't ask for the prices of the dishes before we were really surprised about the fair total of our bill... Top value for money.

If you want to have a change from the usual Portuguese food, check out this lovely restaurant.

Good service, fresh and nice food.
Staff speaks good english.
A bit extra in terms of price €€ but it's worth it.
Maybe a reservation is needed as the place is packed full.

First night in Porto after a long travel day, so we wanted something good but relaxed. This place was PERFECT. The bacon & mushroom pizza and prawn and garlic pasta were both incredible. Great service, excellent wine, and a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Very good food. The pizza and Garlic bread are excellent. The pasta was also very good. I had the meat lasagna one time and the pepperoni pizza a second. Both times with the Garlic bread. Good wine and craft beer selection.
Just a very short walk from the marques metro stop. A fantastic service , fluent in English and Portuguese.

We have been travelling in Portugal (Lisbon, Albufeira and now Porto) for three weeks and this is the best food we have had during our trip, bar none! The atmosphere is lovely, the service impeccable, and the food is so fresh and delicious. We are onky here for three days but we will be back for more before we leave. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant! My husband ordered pizza and I had the seafood risotto. The food was fabulous. The red house wine was also very good, as was the craft beer. Make a reservation - it was full up with satisfied customers.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff was great, we'll definitely come back.
The wine options were good, the pappardelle portion was well served, the ravioli not so much. The chocolate fondant was very good, the tiramisù was average.

We were staying in neighborhood apartment for a month, and liked the restaurant so much, we ended up going there five times. Everything we had was great. The Mama Mia Burrata, salads, pastas, pizza and desserts. Even the drinks. Best of all was the service. Fabio, Fen and Aline were all friendly and provided great service. Getting a reservation is usually necessary. We suggest that you do. You will not be glad you did.

Cosy place. Tasty food. Good service. I ate lasagna with spinach and salmon. Very very delicious! We order a vegetable soup too. Consistent, good do start in cold days. My mom asked for a ravioli with asparagus and walnuts. Less food than the common in Portugal

The last night of our honeymoon and we decided to stay close to our hotel for food. Such a fantastic result that we did, we found this gem of a restaurant. The food was superb, the best calzone I've ever had the pleasure to eat, my wife had the prawns and garlic spaghetti and loved it, and this was following a beautiful goats cheese and bruschetta starter. The staff were wonderful, advising on matching drinks with food to perfection.. Don't get me started on how good the dessert was... A great end to our stay in one of the most amazing cities, thank you x

My husband and I dined at Mamma Mia! yesterday and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise! As someone who's very particular about Italian food, I was delighted to find that not only was the food really good, but the service was outstanding as well. Being a vegetarian with dairy restrictions, I was worried about finding suitable options, but the waitress went above and beyond to offer me fantastic alternatives.

Initially, I hesitated to make extra requests, so I ordered the garlic bread without cheese (knowing it was made with butter) and a mushroom pizza without cheese. However, the waitress kindly suggested preparing the garlic bread with olive oil and adding fresh mushrooms. It was the most accommodating experience I've had at a restaurant. The food was truly delicious, with fresh mushrooms that were not canned, and the pizza dough was perfection.

My husband ordered the spaghetti Bolognese, and he loved the sauce and pasta. One aspect we particularly appreciated was the option to choose between a small and large pizza, making it perfect for any appetite.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mamma Mia! to everyone seeking great Italian food and attentive service. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!
