Hotel Crocus

Amazing service, place, it’s a 15 min walk from Krúpowki, we stayed before Christmas time, it was quiet. Loved the swimming pool area, it has a jacuzzi for 4, a Finn sauna and a steam sauna too, big enough. It also has a relax room. The hotel offers a wide range of massages too from 250-450 zloty (30-90mins)
The breakfast is amazing, tasty and has lots to select from!
We’ll definitely be coming back, I can only recommend! The staff is especially helpful and can tell you some places to visit during your stay!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been too!
If your lucky enough to be there from the 28th of December, the hotel has many events planned for you and your friends/family to enjoy! And on the 31st of December, at 7pm there were two new year parties! One for kids and one for adults. The staff were really nice and the food was amazing! There was even a swimming pool, a hot tub , and also a sauna! I really recommend this hotel! Should really come here!

Great experience. breakfast was buffet style and dinner was served. we were a bit uneasy if dinner would be tasty because we never knew what exactly they were gonna serve. no menu and just one choice. but it was excellent every time, very tasteful. During our stay, heating in our room broke stop working but they changed our room within an hour.

If you are in the spa at around 15:00 you may be lucky and have the whole place just for yourself. +26 in the pool and the size is nice for swimming. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The changing room has tons of towels, lockers, cabins, toilettes and is common for all (women and men). Take the slippers and bathrobe from the room. Breakfast has lots of choices and everything tastes good. Had a fantastic stay!

All of the things me and my wife find important are super great at hotel Crocus. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly staff, gluten free breakfast options, amazing location for hiking.

But there's more, the Sauna & swimming pool were exactly what we needed after a long hike, and then they even held our bags after we checked out so we didn't have to drag too much weight on the next hike.

I'm going to be honest, my wife saw this hotel being built years ago and it has been on her wish list ever since, so I was a bit anxious not having her disappointed just before Christmas. She LOVED IT! We will be back soon.

Great Hotel in a good location. Easy walking distance to shops yet far enough from major pedestrian traffic. Tasty breakfast and great restaurant menu, everything was tasty at reasonable price. Kids loved the pool while we liked the sauna and jacuzzi. Only negative would be the oversized night stands, we bumped our elbows several times, the shower cabin could be bigger too. But those things are minor, overall great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the Domek which is a delightful chalet out the back of the hotel, we always like to book chalets for our stays over three nights and with it being connected to the hotel was so convenient especially with breakfast included which meant we just had to walk over the lovely little bridge to the breakfast area in morning, but still able to cook our own dinner and hang out in our private residence.
All of the staff at the hotel were amazing and helped us out with everything we needed from a sharp carving knife for our turkey to a large bowl of ice-cream for our Christmas day dessert that we had made, plus much more. We had no Polish speakers amongst us but all of the staff spoke good English to be able to communicate and included us all through the Christmas extras they had provided for their guests.
We had 7 adults and one baby in our party and the chalet was definitely large enough for this with my mother sleeping on a very comfortable sofa bed in the ground floor living area. The basement living area was very large with a good size kitchen, dinning area and sauna.
We had two friends join us for one evening and the Hotel staff happily set up two cot beds within the basement area.
The restaurant within the hotel had amazing food and wine with very knowledgeable and attentive bar and wait staff.
We had an amazing stay at hotel Crocus and would recommend to anybody.

I have booked this hotel for 3days stay, let me tell you it's really good from the location point of view to food and also a very good nice staffs. Last but not the least a very good relaxing spa.
