Pinnacle of Zakopane Style development and only sacral structure designed by Witkiewicz himself. Located among magnificent firs on small meadow. Only negative is proximity of road but traffic was really moderate.

Beautiful wooden church. We walked from the city centre, just be careful as is located almost in a curve so it can be dangerous to cross. We were quite speechless to see a poster in the notice board of the church that seemed to warn against wearing symbols... apparently unicorns promote gay people...

Absolute must see in Zakopane.
Church built by famous Polish artist Stanisław Witkiewicz aka. "Witkacy".
It's a synthesis of typical forms used in local highlanders' architecture. The Church is an excellent example of Zakopiański style.

Tiny, beautiful, wooden traditional church. There's a parking spot just opposite it and it's worth the short drive out of town to see this little treasure. There's nothing else there apart from this slice of eclasiastical beauty.

Charming little Church in the heart of the Polish mountains made traditionally from wood only. Ritch history of the place make it hidden gem just by the Zakopane. Great experience.
