PIA Booking Office

This is PIA's own Airline ticking office. Providing best services. I found the staff Very helping and cooperative. They charged only for the official fare. No service charges or extra or hidden charges.

I recently had the chance to use the PIA Booking Office to book a flight for my family. I found their service to be incredibly helpful and efficient. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The booking process was quick and easy, and I was able to get the best deals on the flights that were available. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by the PIA Booking Office and would definitely use them again in the future.

Very cooperative staff. Nice experience as always. Never disappointed to opt PIA for international and domestic travels.

Had the opportunity to visit this PIA office.
The location is pretty neat as it's in main blue area with ample parking space.
Found the overall environment quite good as the place wasn't much crowded and there wasn't any noise. It was quite and professional

I visited the PIA booking office for some issues in online ticketing. However, my issue was resolved in no time due to competent and professional staff. The office was neat and hassle free. There was adequate seating available for customers. Overall, it's a good place.

Genuinely speaking despite all difficieny they do try to help passengers, Or may be this is just me. :)
My personal experience with PIA overall is satisfactory. Yes lots of things need improvement but in given circumstances they are there to help within their capacity.

Pleasantly surprised by the very human and warm service.

Usually you get a feeling of being served by a emotionless robotic person but not this time

The office and the building is very old and there is some staff they need training and understand the system how its work I suggest to PIA to renovate Thier building into modern design and hir lady's and Yong's guys better than very old staff's they should retires them because the looks are matter and staff's as we'll

Whenever I've gone to the PIA office I've found the staff to be very courteous, friendly and helpful.
I remember the PIA of the 1980's when it was ranked amongst the top airlines of the world and my recent experience with the PIA booking office, Islamabad has given me the glimmer of hope that it can again be the great airline that it once was.

Really a nice experience, visiting PIA office. The only carrier operating direct flights between Pakistan and Canada. Staff was courtious and accommodating. I have faced parking issue. Rest my trip was quite comfortable.

Weekend timings are up till 5 PM

visted there first time and feel good but unable to hold ticket from them due to their high prices. You've to go their. Staff was helpful to everyone.

Being a part of tourism industry since last 15 years... I have seen and observed that PIA is actually a burden to public pockets. Either it should be privatised or sold. Zawar ullah khan Ghauri and Mr. Rizwan are the only best staff they have. Salute to their loyalty and honesty.

It was alright. We wanted to extend our seats but they weren't able to do it. I understand that it wasn't fault. So i think i think they deserve 5 stars

I didn't know but I will find it after 7 day till now.
