Phone charging available, CliQQ machine working, City Blends coffee is okay, parking is good and most of all their Toilet is available for their customers!! Not to mention, friendly crew. I love this place

Pros

One of my favorite places to go to because they have excellent crews who are extremely helpful. You could say a lot when you're dressed up like you just got out of bed and they still treat you like a customer. Experience has been nice ever since and i couldn't be grateful.

Cons

I wish they have bigger space. They can only accomodate 3 groups of 4 people in the dining area.

More space needed

There's one worker shouting at me when me and my friends were buying something. First I didn't know that it wasn't allowed to refill slurpee,I refilled a little only a little to make it fuller then she shouted at me and I didn't even know it wasn't allowed because I see other people doing it without getting shouted but even if it isn't allowed,she shouldn't shout at custimers. Also one time my friends were buying ice cream,the same cashier told my friend not to because the ice cream is melted and they got scolded for some reasons they said so they left without getting the ice cream which was already paid. And another time my other friend told me she was hanging out with her other friends checking out to see what to buy then they got scolded or shouted because they were "standing by" when they were literally checking things or food to buy. My complaint is that one of the 7/11 worker is very grunpy,she's short and tanned skin,I didn't catch her name,the customer's service is bad because of her,after that we don't really like going there anymore because of her,before loosing other customers too please tell your employees or her OR even fire her because she isn't suitable for the job where you need to be positive and approchable to the customers when she is clearly the opposite. I not only me but for the other customer needs a better customer service or cashier thank you.

Always no stock in Foodpanda, resulting to 30-45 days wait for refund on my bank account. This did not only happen once.
