Cebu Parklane International Hotel

Stayed there with my foreign friend and it was her first time in Cebu. The staff are polite, helpful. The breakfast buffet is so good, they do have certain dress-code though. The bed is so comfy, room is clean, has everything. It is a walking distance to Ayala Terraces.
Special mention to Mark! Thanks for taking care of us, exceptional customer service. Will surely stay again.

Had a nice stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is why you stay here. The rooms are nice, but definitely showing age and wear in the rooms and hallways.

For an international hotel, the breakfast buffet is solidly in the Filipino food category. Fellow western travelers won’t starve, but you won’t find much beyond eggs and toast for our traditional breakfasts. Youd be better off saving your money and eating elsewhere, probably

Right across Ayala Mall! The room is squeaky clean with a king sized bed. Full bath tub. Iron and board may be requested. Shower is perfecr. I rarely find the right temp but the heater in the shower is easily set to the perfect temp. The buffet is nothing fancy but the chef would cook it for u if they dont have it on display!

We visited this hotel during the summer, and I have to day that this is one of the best hotels Cebu has to offer. As soon as I enter, I was greeted with a friendly security guard and nice hotel staff. Room was nice too, seemed newly renovated and the air-con was cold. Heater also worked very well, which I enjoyed.

Buffet is great too. I met a staff member named “Dindo” and he was friendly to our requests. He was friendly and always welcomed those to entered. I do wish I had a picture with him, but sadly couldn’t as I stuffed my mouth with the irresistible food Parklane had to offer.

Pool was nice too, small but well made, although there was dirt on the sides of the pool, which do need cleaning. Great view too and the restaurant right next to it.

We exited the hotel with a great smile on my face. Hotels like these are the reason why I love to visit Cebu. Thanks, Cebuanos!

I had an eight day stay at this hotel. The amenities offered there are pretty standard for any upper-end hotel.
I really did however, like the pool & workout area located on the fourth floor of this hotel. They didn't really advertise it much in their hotel literature, and I had to ask the front desk where it was.
They had some pretty big, buffed dudes working in the weight room, and some really fit females working out on the machines!😀

Had a great stay here, same as our previous stays before. What sets the place apart is the service. They have people ready to help you from check in to check out. I unknowingly left cash in my room as we checked out in a hurry and before we left, the room attendants returned it. I’m thankful to Dani (wasnt able to get the full name) and the receptionists.

The hotel is a short walk to Ayala, a convenience store, and right in the middle between IT Park and downtown. So if you need to have easy access to all parts of the city, this is definitely the best location to stay at.

I’ve read reviews of the rooms being old, but I couldn’t say it for ours. It’s well maintained and spacious. Great value for money considering the rate already had buffet breakfast included. 🫶

I was invited in this place by a friend for a coffee at the Lobby. I personally like the great service of their beautiful waitresses, they were all friendly. My friend loves everything about this hotel. At the lobby, there is a jewelry shop where he bought a very beautiful ring, there is even a convenient store which another thing that he likes, he didn’t have to go out just to buy stuff that he needs for his stay. The gym is clean with reliable instructors to guide their guests using this amenity. It has a swimming pool near the restaurant. According to my friend, the food is excellent, worth the price and incredibly varied. The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. Overall, the hotel staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful which impressed my friend so much. And having said that, he is highly recommending this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. Always a pleasure, best gym in town, great location, excellent staff.

The staff is absolutely amazing but then again that's very typical of the Philippine people. Stayed here twice, both times excellent. At one point our AC unit developed a small water leak but a tech was there literally 5 minutes after we called and everything was fine. Again loved the staff (especially in the very nice restaurant there) as they take excellent care of the customer.

This is such a great hotel, I highly recommend this. The place is very relaxing and people are very accommodating.

An absolute must stay in Cebu. The staff was extremely kind and the service was good and fast. My room actually looked really good and modern unlike the other reviews. The food was delicious! They also a pool, gym and convivence store. I would although like the air conditioning to be improved in the hallway and lobby. But overall though an amazing hotel! A must stay!

One of my favorite places to stay in cebu city. Great for recovering from a long flight. Good buffet breakfast. Great poolside grill restaurant. Super friendly staff. Close to Ayala centre and other services. Value for money.

The function hall is spacious and so ambient. The walls are filled with foam to reduce echo. The stage is filled with huge LED display for presentation. The food is good and healthy and is served on time. The staffs are so accommodating and friendly.

I just stayed here. Great price to value ratio. Very helpful front desk, great room and fitness area. Restaurant is a little pricy but I always ate somewhere else as there is great cheap food all around

In my humble opinion. Everything was perfect during my stay as a guest. Foods , Room . Reasonable prices, Services , cleanliness, security, Gym and hug facilities, swimming pool, room service, staff,& knowledge of their English extremely good, all are bachelor degree 📜 holders and some are even higher ❤❤❤, management, ❤❤owners ❤❤❤❤❤etc etc
Top and the best, I will definitely go back to parklane hotel again and again,
I miss you you all , my second home ❤❤❤❤❤ . Godbless you all.

What impressed me most was the staff. They aim to please.  Very well trained. Thank you to the nurse and IT team.  And the front desk calls back your room to confirm that you received support. Very well done. People skills and details. From the gym to the pool and the kitchen, all the staff approached me in a natural professional way. Everyone was personable and very professional. And they cared about what they do. Ive been to all the hotels,  Seda,  Waterfront, Quest and on and on and this hotel has the best people. Room was very comfortable. Hot water always available. Will definitely do it again.

Great services. A good resting place after a long flight. Elegant designs in Event and function hall. Decent buffet choices.

Nice Views and the facilities are outstanding i really commend this Hotel for staying. I want to stay for so long.. the stuff are very kind and helpful approachable and impressive.. Good job.
