Tops Lookout

A must experience new TOPS Cebu! The good time to visit Tops is 5pm till sunrise but of course we wanted to see the absence of the evening event. So here goes the daytime :) enjoy the place since the entrance is 100 per person and 30 for parking for a motorbike. Food is above normal price so bring cash when you visit the place. Gcash, ATM Cards are still unavailable for the meantime since they just opened recently.

To those who don't have an automobile or motorbike you can use the bus but expect some delays and might as well reserve a ride from habal2. Better support local habal2 drivers than using app.

GREAT MEMORIES unexpectedly HAPPENED HERE!!!😍 When SOMEONE "SPECIAL" (he didn't knw,) agreed to do a sunrise visit with me on the 1st day of the year 2021. Haaaaayy.. such a #sweetmemories. 🥰

Such a great place to relax. The city lights is so refreshing and relaxing. A best place to have a date with your love ones. The only downside is the entrance fee which is a hundred peso, it's a little bit pricey cuz inside there's only one establishment (restaurant) which is also pricey. All in all, it's a great place to stay if you want to be away from city and to chill.

We went to Tops Cebu last AUG 24, 2022, Entrance fee is ₱100/person. The sun is high around 2:30pm, no other tourist during the time we went so we enjoyed taking pictures. The place is clean and has a nice view. The place is 24hrs open so its your choice if you want to go during day or night time.

The view from this place is amazing. Partly breathtaking. It is totally worth the entrance fee. You should really visit it when staying in Cebu. I wasn't able to go there by Night but I think it is even more worth in the Nighttime.

A good place to relax and see the view of the city below. There were some food shops before but this month of March 2022 the only one left is the barbecue stand. They sell good barbecues though and at a reasonable price. Entrance is 100 but you can bring your own food and drinks. I even saw some bringing their own grill and all dinner set ups.

One of the best place to visit to see the beauty of Cebu Region. Getting here is a lil bit difficult if you don't have your own vehicle since public transportation is not readily available at all times. Amidst pandemic the best time to visit here is in the morning where only few people gather in the area. Entrance fee of 100 for each adult.

Wonderful experience riding the bike up the steep and winding roads. The view was excellent, lotsa lightnings on the night I was there. Would be good to see the sun set though

The best lookout closest to Cebu city! Plus it has a groovy atmosphere with hippy vibes to help relax you on a cool sunset evening. Highly recommend the drive up, it'll probably be crowded so if you don't like that come for sunrise :)

Very beautiful view of the city. They have Drinks and food there also. it was 200 pesos entrance fee. They have a restroom also. with no traffic it is not a long drive. Its cooler weather up there also. very pretty. magunda. sana all.

What a awesome view. You can see forever. From the edge of Cebu, Cebu City, Mactan Island, South Cebu and a part of North Cebu. Perfect place for the first time visitor. Being a foreigner myself this was my virgin visit to here. But it was incredible to see. Another must see, make sure you or your driver can make the drive up. The terrain going up is somewhat steep. But definitely worth it.
Face masks were required when entering due to the Covid Outbreak.

it was nice and it has a beautiful scenery.The place is available for everyone,the staff there is friendly and also there management is good. they have bedrooms to those people willing to have an overnight their. While you enjoying watching beautiful sceneries there is a karaoke place and small convenience store..and that place is applicable for us beacause it is very affordable price for the entrance and it has a swimming pool....👍👍

The view alone that you can get from here is worth more than 5 stars.

It has been an icon of Cebu for sometime and always will be due to its spectacular view and really, really fresh air.

Tourists and locals abound here to see the rest of Cebu Island. It is good to come here mid afternoon to evening so you can experience the day view and night view.

The temperature can get a bit cold so prepare your jackets.

Perfect for a family short getaway from the city to catch some fresh air! Always chilly every time I visit. There are better food stalls to choose from and a restaurant Top of Cebu just outside Tops Lookout.

You can enjoy th City view at night or stay and wait for the sunrise like what we did. Be sure to bring some sweater or grab some beer/alcohol to keep you warm. Highly recommended also for star gazing .

This has got to be one of my favorite places in this city .The view is always amazing and the city lights are always a must see at night .

Be careful driving up - it's called tops for a reason.

Always a great time here... When lucky there may not be as much people. Take your time and have the netrance fee be worthwhile by sitting or staying a bit longer over looking the city.

A must see place in Cebu.
Good to stay and relax. Shops have simple but good food. And a unusual high quantity of different beer.
Remind there is an entrance fee of 50php

Such an amazing view from here to see whole city of Cebu from up above. It’s a view that can calm the mind and soul. They say, the view is even more beautiful at night. You can see all the lights that illuminate the city. I would like to come back here in the future. Hopefully.

I was here with the two people closest to me. We spent hours here to feel the cold breeze of the air and unwinding away from our busy lives. At this time, I was wearing shorts thinking that I could handle the cold, but I didn't! So I ended up borrowing my friends cardigan (by Taylor Swift haha). Anyway, I really appreciate this place in Cebu because it allows me to think peacefully and clearly. Plus, it allows me to be dramatic when I need to.
