Top of Cebu

This place has opened to the public too early in my opinion. The roads must be sorted out for the amount of cars that want to go here . It was a weekend when we visited and there were so many people visiting. The catering in the small pizza shop and other places to eat were so crowded and nowhere to sit . Ps the pizza was yummy 😋. We visited her some years ago and loved the place then. And I was surprised to see what is happening there . Obviously the viewing places are crowded as you can imagine and the views are fantastic as before . I suggest you come here using flat shoes because the paving near the viewing area is uneven. If they had waited a bit longer before opening again even though it is a soft opening I think the problems could be sorted out . Good luck with what you are doing there .

The drive up the mountain is great until you turn off onto an unpaved road. We went at night and it was foggy so the last mile was sketchy. Probably better to go for sunset, but the view of the city lights was absolutely worth it. Everything we ordered was great and the mango fruit shakes were so good we ordered more to take with us.

Great experience in daylight but I suggest visiting TOPS from 7pm til 5am with clear skies. Foods are everywhere on the ground floor. For the meantime they are still working on the site. GCASH and PAYMAYA or BANK Transactions are not yet available, preferably bringing Cash on Hand.

This place is great, If you wanna unwind with nature and a good food this place is for you. You will not regret to come and visit this place because not just a good view and a delicious food, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating they will approach you and anticipate all of your needs specially Mira one of the staff. I had a great experience here. I will come and visit again once I'll go back to Cebu. ❤

I don't have pictures of the food but I assure you they're delicious, except for the Sinigang. I'm used to super sour Sinigang, which we didn't find here in Cebu. The view is beautiful though. Too bad, it was cloudy and rainy that day.

Me and my family were in awe when get inside. The view is heaven, the experience of eating in Top of Cebu is heaven because you get 2 relax, eating with a beautiful nature and view of the city, enjoy every delicious meal ordered and the crew are so attentive & friendly. Top of Cebu will take care of you. I can vouch 4 it. All their food is worth every penny, so delicious!

we went here last night for a dinner date night. the place was dreamy, staff were very attentive and accommodating. fresh air is abundant and you don’t need an AC or electric-fan here since you’re literally at the top of cebu so it’s very airy/windy!!! it’s literally a hidden gem. though the road we had to take going here was not that developed yet, super dark, i didn’t expect the destination to be this beautiful which makes the journey even more rewarding!
food was great and definitely worth the price! it’s not that expensive, we stayed within the budget. got our tummies and hearts filled 🥹💕 5/5 stars for me. would for sure come back with our big ol family next time.

Celebrated my birthday with my wife. The place was romantic, their foods were all delicious and affordable, their staff were all friendly and accommodating! For sure will be coming back to this place. A must visit restaurant here in Cebu!

Before planning to go there, you must not forget to bring your jacket.😁 It's quite cold there during rainy seasons. But you will never regret that you chose to dine in Top of Cebu. You have the food and drinks for your taste buds and tummy, and you have the scenery for your eyes and soul. 😊 I really love nature and I found it relaxing and amazing coz I can have a spectacular panoramic view of the places below. We ordered Tuna Panga, Calamares, Tinolang Seafoods and Pancit de Cebu. I totally loved the Tuna Panga and the Pancit de Cebu. For me, they are definitely mouthwatering. I also like the mango sauce for the Calamares. However, we are a bit disappointed with the Tinola coz the Tanigue is not that fresh anymore but the shrimps and Tambayang (Clam Shells) are okay. They are all attentive to their customers and you're not going to starve for sure because they serve the food as quickly and efficiently as possible. We'll be back there some other time and try other dishes so I can give you more updates. 😊

The view is great, seemingly humid but windy. Great food selection. Most items in the menu are Filipino-Dish based, but with a phenomenal twist. I love how creative the process of cooking there evidently is. We weren't able to take pics of the food since they seem to be begging to be eaten fresh from the oven. Hats off to the chef!

Went to this restaurant with my colleagues while exploring Cebu City. The place is huge, very open and spacious. Even if the place was crawling with people, it did not feel crowded or cramped. The view was the obvious highlight, food was mediocre, and service was fast. Prices are average.

Had a fantastic time celebrating with the newlyweds and closest friends at Top of Cebu Restaurant. The location atop the mountains of Busay offers a breathtaking view of the city. Despite the thick fog, we were still able to see the city lights and stars shining bright. The restaurant provides a romantic and serene atmosphere, perfect for special occasions. Highly recommended for those looking for a unique dining experience with a view. 🌟🌃⛰

Jovani introduced us this place. Beautiful place and stunning view. Although at that time it’s foggy but you still can’t deny the beauty of this place. Food was amazing with affordable prices. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended this place.

Great place for a romantic dinner with sublime views!!

Me and my Filipino family was there Sunday night and it was busy and there was a line to wait for dinner but it was all good and worth the wait. The ride up there was crazy but we had a great driver.

Food is delicious with a good variety of local cuisines and drinks. Servers are attentive and approachable. Its located quite a distance from the city and a half day visit with Temple of Leah and other attractions in the area is recommended. Price is on the expensive side, but worth it given the prime location and amazing view of Cebu cityscape. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance - we arrived early and could request for seating by the balcony.

If you are already touring the nearby attractions Cebu has to offer such as Sirao Gardens and Buwakan ni Alejandra, this is a worthwhile side trip to have lunch or dinner in. The experience of dining up in the mountains overlooking from a hilltop is not something you always get to enjoy.

It was perfect that the restaurant has food that is just as amazing to go with the dining view. It was plain to see that only the freshest of meat and vegetable produce were used as ingredients in their dishes. Many of the dishes has that very appetizing organic and all-natural taste to it.

I also appreciated the creative choice of having a mural of Cebu island and a short history summary of Cebu. This can be seen in the walkway coming in from the entrance into the dining hall.

The place is beautiful and chilly at night must bring a sweatshirt when intending to stay long. We waited for a while due to place was full.

The food was great and neutral as per taste wherein you can add flavour to the dish as desired. The price is reasonable and there is no entrance fee when dining in, just need to show the receipt at the guard house when leaving out.
