Golden Prince Hotel and Suites

Nice hotel reasonable price great location. I liked this hotel and will stay again

Pros:
*Location. <5 minute walk to Ayala Mall
*Price. Appropriately priced for the area and included amenities
*Breakfast. Breakfast buffet purchased with my reservation was worth the money. Ample variety and quality of food
*Shower. One of the best I've had in Cebu! Plenty of hot water and pressure, plus an ample shower curtain so no worries about water mess. May seem trivial but these features are often in short supply here
*Staff: Friendly and attentive
*Quiet room, good AC, comfortable beds
*Good selection of satellite channels for TV viewing
*Parking included in room rate

Cons:
*TV isn't very large, 32"
*I wouldn't consider this 'bargain' priced, but 'right' priced IMO
*Toilet: weak flush. Bidet is an 'automatic' type and not as effective as a standard bidet on a hose and bib, IMO
*Spotted 4 German Cockroaches during my one week stay, 2 juveniles and one adult. Not extraordinary here, welcome to the tropics - lol

We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel 10/10.They cleaned the room everyday.
Complementary bottle water supply for everyday.Staff are really helpful.
Definitely me & my husband will stay again next time we go home in Cebu..

My parents stayed at this hotel for a fee weeks and they really enjoyed. Especially the staff is very attentive, warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet is rich and offers variety although somewhat focused on Asian tastes. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel.

They have always been excellent in their service and especially with the foods they serve since the first time I checked in in this hotel. The staffs are always accommodating and warm.

By far the most accommodating crew, good service, clean rooms and sumptuous food.

I had a wonderful time at LeMon Restaurant of Golden Prince Hotel and Suites during my stay last October. Their free buffet breakfast was amazing! They had a variety of dishes to choose from, such as pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits, cereals, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was also friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast experience.

The staff are so friendly and have catered to out every need. They've been super nice to our baby ans all loved how he was so smiley with them. We couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.
Well be coming back here to stay wheen we return fro m the island we are traveling to.

Everything is just around. The place and it's convenience in its own hotel and the nearest store nearby.

Very nice staff and the location is just around Ayala Business Park.

Nice hotel near ayala centre mall, it's about 300 meters away from the mall, there busy on weekdays

Great price and great quality rooms. The included breakfast buffet was really good too. They had stuff like French toast and a guy that will cook omelettes for you. It's about 30 minutes from the airport

service is great; the hotel is near a convenience store It's just in front near malls and near where you can get taxis to go anywhere. the room is spacious just a bit sad that the outlets are limited and/or very far from the bed area

Overall, the place is good and very accommodating. We had our seminar here and had our overnight sleep in this hotel. All I can say is that one of the best hotel I have visited. Super like and kudos to all the personnel with their services.

Great Hotel great value! Delicious dining in for breakfast. One block away from House of lechon. We had a suite of rooms which certainly made our stay more enjoyable. Would like to stay there again on our next visit. Staff was quite accommodating. And the restaurant breakfast is served as a buffet. On days when no bacon was offered on the buffet, our server would bring bacon to the tables specially cooked for our two boys who love bacon. This was our first time staying at the golden Prince, but I believe it will not be our last visit.

I was on my way to gold berry hotel and I got confused with Golden Prince because I didnt pay much attention. I stop by and checked and ask the guards, they were very kind and friendly to me and even let me park in front of the hotel doing my thing .

Felt safe checking in here during our training. Fast wifi inside the halls but gets slow inside the rooms. They have delicious food. However, as I tasted their sikwati, the smell is like old tablea, kept inside the cabinet for a long time. They have clean rooms; toiletries were provided but there was no floor mat inside the cr; and there's electric kettle but no cups provided. Still gonna give 5 stars because their staff are amazingly accommodating and kind.

Business meets vacation. Great audio/sound system. We all sounded great. The humba was excellent. The staff were very helpful down to the clinic staff ready with first aid when we got too carried away with parlor games. The restrooms were clean, comfortable & well maintained.

Because of the typhoon Odette, we didn't have electricity for a month so working from home was impossible. Golden Prince offered a Working Community Hub for the people affected by the typhoon to be able to work there.. I was able to work comfortably and staff were really friendly. All I can say is.... Golden Prince Cares. :)
