Always a longish queue whenever I have visited this branch of the pharmacy chain. If you need to get a prescription filled or see the Pharmacist, you will need to collect a number and wait to be called. Service seems very slow and bureaucratic with a person serving you, and then passing the items and cash to a cashier for processing.
It is frustrating that none of the products on the customer side of the counter have prices on them.

Prices of products are mostly mislabeled. The prices attached to the products on the shelves are cheaper, but when you proceed to the cashier, the prices double. Clearly a violation of The Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
