First come first served basis, so just go earlier in the day and line up to get a priority number. Lots of transactions happening inside, but you can easily see which government services is which. It’s a shared space and people are gonna be talking loud, so make sure you are seated close to where you have to be so you can hear your number once it’s called.

FOR PROCESSING NBI CLEARANCE:

Better to do online appointment than walk in. First come, first serve basis even though naa nakay reference number from online.
If you prefer walk-in then expect that you will be paying ₱50 service fee for helping you fill out the forms online. And ₱160 sa NBI Clearance mismo.

For NBI, the number for online appointments and walk-ins are the same. Only two staff members are handling this service. Finished clearance around 3pm. (AM appointment)
