For 2 star hotel, this was a great value stay. Beds - yes. Pillow - suggest paying the 50p for an extra. Shower - warm and good pressure. Internet - sometimes. Location - 10ish min from SM Mall. Beer - cold. Great house keeping. English - kinda. Bugs - none. Recommend for short stay - yes

Andy Hotel is also one of the best hotel located in 727 A.S. Fortuna Street, Mandaue City, Cebu. All the staffs are very friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean and very affordable. They went over and beyond to help make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to visit or stay here in cebu city.

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful.

I had my doubts before I arrived. When I arrived I was greeted and treated very professional by the employees. The room was big and very comfortable with a water heater, soap toothbrush and paste. It's also within walking distance of J Mall. I will definitely be a returning customer. It's my fifth time staying here and a very comfortable and friendly place. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This is a fine place to stay for 1.500 pesos per day. As like many other places the internet is not very good.

It's very clean here and they accept creditcard. An average review rating of 3.9 out of 5.0 is a bit low in my opinion. This place is a bit better than that.

If you use agoda and extend on a daily basis you can stay here at around 1200 pesos per night.
