Toyoko Inn Cebu

This is my third stay at this hotel, and once again, it never fails to impress. The staff is consistently polite and helpful, and the amenities are great. It would be even more convenient if they could consider adding a microwave to each room

It was good experience staying in Toyoko inn If you're looking room for sleepover only this is recommended since the space of the room is small for 2 king bed and the bathroom is cute with the japanese concept of toilet bowl and bidet.
Acu is well working, position of tv is bit awkward you're watching for 1 position only 😅. But wifi connection is the best for all the hotel I've stay in cebu for the past travels.
Breakfast is good, its buffet with a japanese food.

It is connected to the mall, so no problem if you need to buy anything.

The room has a warning sign that the smoke alarm is sensitive. So, you gotta be really careful. Breakfast was just okay. Staff are friendly.

The service here is fantastic if you are late in and early out like me. The bathrooms are a bit small but with all the amenities. They build these with space saving in mind which is fine for me while traveling for business &/or pleasure, I spend little time in the room. Computers by the front desk just in case and it came in handy for me. The cafeteria style breakfast fits the pricing of their rooms just fine and is quite well done as well...very clean. Had to catch the room attendants while on my floor in order for them to get the tips off the desk I leave for them! Overall a fantastic fit for the price.

I am definitely recommend this hotel aside from cleanliness, hospitable, honest, polite the staffs, very accessible , the hotel is connected to mall, the buffet breakfast is so soo delicious and most of all for the cheapest amount of booking you will enjoy the vacation . Thank you Toyoko inn for the standard procedure same in Japan.

Not as bad compared to the reviews ive read. The 4pm check in is surely an inconvenient but the overall stay was worth it. They have a good selection of delicious food too.

It's so cool. We stayed there for four nights. The facilities were good and the best thing about it is that the staff were so respectful and courteous. They're so accommodating. If I'll go back in Cebu, I'll stay in this hotel. Also, the location is beside the J Centre Mall and it's accessible. If you want to go to Ayala, SM Seaside or SM Cebu, it will take you 30 to 40 minutes to get there.

Affordable.. And I like it that is well maintained and cleaned. Reaches our standard of this low rate room.. Not so fancy.. This hotel isn't for you if your looking for one. The breakfast is simple and decent. The fact that it is just next to a mall is the most convenient ever. Easy to buy things at the grocery store.

We had a great stay. Very clean and cozy for a very reasonable price. CR is so clean. Highly recommended for travellers who are looking for an affordable and very comfortable stay.

Okay Toyoko Inn isn't perfect, but it is way better than the most Hotels in the Philippines. We are visiting this Hotel for more than 20 times the last tree years and we had always some small details they are not perfect. Sure there are only 4 Elevators for so many rooms, the rooms are not that big and the check inn time is quit a little bit late. But we had always a clean room, nice and fast hot and cold water in the shower, a breakfast you can choose a variety of different food, friendly staff and a very good location. In my opinion the best thing about this hotel is how quit the some rooms are and how comfy the bed is. I think over all there is no hotel in Cebu that gives you more value for your money.

Seriously well designed compact rooms with everything one might expect from a great hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There's a well maintained swimming pool (free for guests), buffet breakfast and fast elevators. Will definitely return.

It was a clean and decent hotel. Nice place to stay. We had a great time. Breakfast buffet was also nice with a lot of fruits to choose from and food to choose from. Good coffee. More than enough food to serve to their guests. Fantastic place to stay and relax. Very affordable price of the rooms. Awesome experience to stay with. Thanks! 🤗😘

I recommend this place. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are quite adequate with a mini kitchen and comfy beds along with a japanese style bath. I found the bathroom to be very interesting since the way water comes from a single source and can be directed depending where you set the switch.

The food at the restaurant is great and the rooms are well maintained. The pool is a nice place to relax on a hot day and the staff are very kind and helpful with any requests you have.

This was our stop over hotel while we waited for our flight. The check in for this place is around 3pm and the hotel is right next to a mall. The rooms are small but they have been set in a very thoughtful way. Everything you would need in a room is available. The view from the room was good as it was on 10th floor. Definitely a place you can consider to stay in of you visiting cebu for a shot while.

I personally love this Toyoko Inn, it's clean everywhere they never stop polishing, the buffet is different every morning and the reception staff are first class.

I have been going to the Philippines for years and staying at the Toyoko for 98% of the times I am in the city. I regret not staying there the other 2% the rooms are excellent. I have never found better anywhere in the world. The staff and service is fantastic and will take care of your every need. This time I showed up with a broken foot and they had a wheelchair for me waiting at the front door and allowed me to check into my room early. Yes they might be a couple of hundred PHP more than some cheap places but Toyoko is worth it and much much more. Stay here ... Every time your in the city 👍👍👍👍
