Insular Square

From Lapu Lapu, driving via second bridge, going to insular square for BIR is easier than taking a boat. The only problem is ...,if you are contributure or not own the car is hard to get taxi, otherwise waiting more than half an hour

So if you are hungry and tired and yet in a hurry... No need to go upstairs to look for seats and enjoy meals you love to eat because the food court and other favorite food stalls are in the first floor. They are strict when it comes to wearing faceshield and mask. Better yet follow protocols don't be a Karen in Ph 😅😆 I loved the Mr DIY store there, the stuffs are kind of affordable and cute! Haven't tried to go upstairs, wasn't able to see how it looks like there hehehe. You better check it yourself. mwa

unlike other business centers, insulars has many "carenderia"-like food stalls where you can get affordable lutong-bahay foods... parking is very accessible too

You can get everything you want in this place . The mall is not too big so you will not get lost. BIR, salon and cosmetics are located on the 2nd floor whereas food kiosks are located below. Lastly, for the grocery store (SAVEMORE), its located near the entrance.

Accesible location, walking distance to some establishment that offers wide variety of products. Easy parking as well!

A place where u can find complete government offices except for LTO and Pag-ibig. There are also some food stalls that serve delicious affordable food especially Master Crunchy in the 2nd floor 🤤

Insular Square is where Savemore is located also this 2021 The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) open for business. Good place lots of dinning, banks, coffee, snack counters, cellphone repairs and many more

Came here for BIR. It's good that they allow people to get inside for the queue as early as 6am. 👍👍👍 🙂

It's nice but the open space isn't really fresh but when you go further down it's more better, loved cafe berry too 10/5

Went to Trinkets Fishing Tackle store, they are the very greatest fishing tackle shop in the Cebu area.

first time to visit the place, its not that big but it was fine, clean and have restaurants and foodcarts to choose from. we were there to get NBI though but it was closed when we got there coz its already 5pm.

Very accessible if you're from the North. It has a spacious parking lot also. With Savemore supermarket. Banks also. They offer Zumba too.

It's a one stop place for me! I do my banking, grocery and dining here. Parking is ample and spacious. Not very many shops but there are mini stalls at the lobby. What is even great is that Insular Square holds Holy Masses during Saturdays (6pm)and Sundays (11am).
