1st time visiting the store and it's okay. Its supreme donut is good. I tried their mocha cold drink, and it was okay. The store is not so big, so if you'll be staying for an hour, you can feel the temperature of its air-conditioned room. You can dine in there while charging your phone or laptop as well.

They've upgraded the place, they expanded the area for more seats, hired more staff, and added more dishes to their menu.
The only thing remained is the affordable prices, the normal taste of their food and beverages, the free wifi, and the 24/7 availability.

The food is good and the donuts are just okay. Just imagined that you are in a school canteen. But what the best of it are the service they offered for students. They are open 24hrs. Have a free wifi and you can charge your gadget for free. Its a good place to study. The place is not too crowded and you can concentrate all along. Defined a good place to recommend.

I ordered a premium donut P42 that does not taste premium at all. It tasted like an old donut and difficult to chew. The hot Americano I ordered P90 was a bit watery for my liking. Service was okay but there was no available tray or coffee sleeve to carry my hot coffee. The place is nice and quiet.

- ramen noodles are not properly cooked
(I ordered Spicy ramen but the one they serve was not spicy at all)
- The salad is too salty.
- Foods are not serve in the right time.
We have waited for more than an hour for bangus.

Staff
- disrespectful, sarcastic attitude and not accommodating
- they always wear a grumpy face.
- chef/ cook has also sarcastic to the customer
We like to order some drinks but we rather not to order anymore coz we know that it will be serve late again.

Service
- bad service
- waited an hour for the food to be serve

I will not recommend you place to any of my friends.

And please train your staff properly.

Before I start, I'd like to preface this that I used to come here to get a quick bite and my time here have almost always been just average. Their donuts are just average in flavor and the place has nothing much to offer.

Now comes the juicy part. I've had a few bad experiences with the wait time here because the attendants, most of the time, just ignore you. Mind you, all the times that I came here, the store was NOT busy at all; nobody was in line, and there was no other customer in the store. But it still took me 5–10 minutes to place an order because the shop attendant was too busy with their phone to be bothered.

The last straw was when me and my workmate visited here one night to buy donuts (my bad for giving this place 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances), and we arrived at the store with NO person manning the counter. I thought, okay, perhaps they took a quick bathroom break. We waited 20 minutes and the person in charge of the counter never arrived. In all that 20 minutes, the bakers inside their kitchen/bakery could clearly see us through the glass (there's a see through glass on the wall between the store and their kitchen/bakery), and they were so busy chatting away and laughing that none of them even bothered to check up on us and let us know where the attendant is. We ended up leaving and wasting our time.

I do not recommend this donut shop and I will never come back here again. You're better off spending your money in the numerous other shops within IT Park. Don't waste your time here.
