Mr. A Bar & Restaurant

Nice and friendly waiters. They have the perfect calamari- Crispy outside, soft and not chewy inside. Their pizza is also recommended and their amaretto sour. The place has a perfect view of the Queen City of the South, CEBU.

Certainly one of my most favorite spots in Cebu City. I love the food and the view. I don't like their carbonara though but I believe that their 4 cheese pasta is really good. I tried it twice. I liked the first time we ordered it since the serving was bigger & it's more creamy + cheesy. I love the blueberry cheesecake too.

Highly recommended. A good spot to have a date with someone special or with friends. I just don't like how loud other people get lol (not the restaurant's fault, of course, but they should at least be considerate enough). The restaurant has a wifi too. When you visit this place, make sure to come early especially during holidays since it gets really crowded most of the time.

A nice liitle cafe, it might have been nicer if we had come in the evening with city lights. Worth to try next time.

A great place to have dinner with family and friends. You could enjoy good food here with the night city view.

Since my graduation ceremony ended late, we looked for a restaurant that was still open at 9 pm. We were very happy to come across this place. We loved every dish that we ordered, especially the crispy pata, chicken, and calamares. The juice pitchers were rich and flavorful. I also appreciated the service water provided. The utensils were also complete, so we didn't need to ask for anything.

Though we were handed the bill late, maybe because our area was not easily seen, overall the experience was very good. It was a nice place for a dinner with my family.

• Cafe is ambiant to chill with your family and frens

• Best time to go is 5pm onwards if ever you want to have a good looking view of the city at night 🌌

We visited at night time.
It was a cozy ambience at the top. The restaurant's outside area is not well-lit, but for some it could be a perfect spot for a candle-lit dinner.
You can choose to dine either in their cafe or in their restaurant because you can still order from the restaurant's menu even when you are sitting in the cafe, and vice versa.

About their food, it is very surprising in terms of price and taste. We only ordered white mocha, hazelnut mocha frappe and a pain au chocolat. Cheaper price than the usual price we had in other cafes, especially their croissant, very delectable considering the price.

About their service, not impressive except for one young waitress. Most of them are not attentive to their customers even when a lot of them are only sitting and waiting over. Maybe just an isolated case, I only shared what we experienced that night.

Very convenient location for a mountain restaurant since it is just situated near the city.

We will be back one day to try their pizzas.

Well worth the travel up the mountain to enjoy an amazing meal. I am from America and I am part italian and I appreciated your food there very much. Everything was fresh and even the Iced tea was as my grandmother use to make ....

I ordered the Filet Mignon with mash potatoes. My date ordered the lumpia. The meal was 100% on point and delicious. Very resonable price. The best dinner I have had in Cebu. Beautiful city view as well.

I absolutely LOVE this place.
Killer atmosphere, great local food (which I typically don't like, as a foreigner), amazing cocktails and an awesome staff of friendly servers.
Reasonably priced as well.
I've come here for years and the owner is the sweetest old lady that always says hello when she's here.
If you haven't come, you're missing out.

My group spent our Christmas party here and no regrets! Food was great 10/10 - especially their garlic parmesan chicken and baked spaghetti. The service crew were attentive and helpful.

The function we've booked has a karaoke, smart TV, and blast sound system. The room was sound proof too! There were 24 of us and the room was a little bit crowded We couldn't do group games. The room is good for 15 people if you'd like a spacious one. It's a balcony hall so you can see the city lights. But we didn't really mind the congested room.

We enjoyed our stay. 9/10 ✨

Spectacular view above sea level away from the hustle of the city, sumptuous foods at reasonable price, amazing background, fresh air, good service and crew, these are just but few things to wrap up the experience we had when we celebrated the birthday of my dear friend. You must come for dinner and have booked reservation.
