Awful. Google says this office closes at 6pm. So I went there before they close for the day and was there at 5:15pm. This is to claim a remittance which is supposed to take less than 5 minutes but that's beside the point because both ladies who were there today said it's already cut-off so they're not accepting any customers anymore and I should go back in the morning! Wow just wow! Apparently it's not the place for normal people who is occupied with work during the day. Because you have to go out of your way so you don't inconvenience those ladies from closing early! Very bad for business. Unfortunately, those are the type of people who you wouldn't want employed. Especially during pandemic when times are tough and least you can do is be kind and in their case, do their job!

Very incompetent staff! If you value time and you are always in a hurry, please do not come to this branch. They will waste your time. Napakabagal nang service. It will take you 30 mins to 1 hour to process your request. Poor serviceeeeeeee!

They just want to waste people's time. Even if you have MLhuillier card they are still looking for your ID. I showed them my voters certification, they ddin't accept it. They need my ID or Passport. Stupid right?

States they are 24 hours but they have daily maintenance from 11 to 2. They just want to waste people's time. What if there are emergencies?
