SM Supermarket Cebu

Huge supermarket and large range of products and good stock levels. Aisles are spacious and plenty of staff to help.
There is a very large fruit and veg department that has a vast range of produce available. There also Fish and Meat counters with a good selection.
Queues weren’t too bad for 6pm on a Friday.

This was where I worked from August to November 2019 while Autism Works was ongoing. Friendly staff, excellent selections, and lively in-store music makes every work day great. I made friends with them, even the cashiers (who I learned would wear Santa hats four weeks before Christmas) and working at the meat section!

It's good to Shopee Cleane and big Place for market,,, you can buy many stock like food, drinks, fruits and more...

I like their cashiers theyre all polite and very approachable.

Lots of stores are now open at sm. The lamination services are back in NBS but not in Expressions yet. Food court is open for everyone who has a vaccination card so I suggest you to bring your vaccination cards at all times!

They have all kinds of grocery products

A nice shopping complex with a wide variety of shops at reasonable prices. I did not enjoy Cebu city, however it was always nice every time we went to SM. There is also a decent variety of eateries as well.

I like how big n spacious this supermarket is. If you buy alot, you can ask them for help to pack it into a box for you.
At the entrance, there is a turon with langka dessert (they sell other food like sushi and fruits too) which other reviewers recommended. It was nice to try, but I find the snack a tad too dry.

Good staff and very approchable

One of the older but better Supermarkets in Cebu that we visit frequently.

The meat and fish selection is very good and we have found the fish to be some of the freshest you will find.

Huge produce selection with lots of fresh vegetables and fruit.

The international isle is not as big as some other facilities but I tend to explore it every time I go. Every so often then have a item from back home (Oregon, US) that I have not had in years. Many of the items sell out quickly so if you see something you like you better buy it quick.

The checkout process can be a bit slow but if you time your visit properly that doesnt seem to be as much of an issue. We have found that before 3pm and after 7pm are the best times to shop.

We have found that the bakery in the front of the store is also very good and has some great items that we pick up from time to time.

They always have what you need. You just need to know your way around as sometimes products were displayed randomly. Their staffs seem to know where each items are displayed, so its a plus. Their meat may need a second look. My last purchase didn’t feel like it was fresh so I ended up processing it into tocino to get away with the smell.

It was great not too many people in the store and the shelves were fully stocked. I was able to get everything I came here to get except for 1 item not in stock. I was done shopping in 1.5 hours but it's 4pm so have to deal with traffic.

All the parents including their children & loved ones are allowed now to visit the SM Seaside & SM City Supermarkets to roam around for sight seeing & change of environment. Just don't forget to bring your Face Mask & Face Shield as this is just a normal part of our life. It's really exciting to walk around for relaxation & sight seeing inside the Mall. There's a lot of new items displayed for sale & cheaper prices due its a Christmas Season also. Afterwards when we are tired for sight seeing in the whole day, we can go for refreshments together with our loved ones where a lot of fastfoods chain you can choose where to dine with your favorite foods to choose. Sometimes we need to relax ourselves together with our loved ones to change our environment. He!he!he! The price scanner on 3 their stations not functioning. can't purchase the dumpling spicy vege confused that can cost much and over the counter they are not allowed to check the prize why oh why as per advice by the cashier.

So many things to do here. Shop do grocery watch a movie just drink coffee and while the time away. Accessible to a lot of places from pier( bohol dumaguete bacolod) wharf pier 1 2 3 4 5 and airport. Inteenational abd domestic they also have the travellers lounge. Mybus is so much better to ride if you want to go to the airport.
