Superb hospitality! I love the free drinks, friendly attendants, short waiting time, comfortable rooms which are not too adjacent and keeps people at ease, and sanitized bathroom! I was previously getting the services of Skin Doctors and Skin 911 which allows me to give good comparisons with Belo. Additionally, in Skin Doctors, the 2 owners are the only Dermatologists so the waiting time is crazy!! Belo is 1000% advanced and way far ahead in terms of customer service!!! 💗💗💗

Belo provides the latest products and procedures. The staff are well-trained, friendly, and professional.

I have been to different derma in the phils but Belo has helped me with my skin concerns. Thanks so much.

I was inquiring about some services but
receptionist kept staring at me rudely and looked annoyed when I asked her questions as if I was a pest. This went on for some minutes na give up na lang ako. Never smiled and always frowning.

Long time client here. The doctors and facialists are nice and friendly and usually the receptionists are. Today lang.

I really like Belo in Alabang I trust my skin with them so much. But the service in cebu is far. Your online appointment process is very disappointing. I use online because I don’t have a landline and my phone signal is very bad at home I can’t make calls to a landline or cellular phone. Your online appointment process whether booking online or through chat never gets to the branch. I never get a confirmation back. My appointment for today was not booked. I had to drive out to get cellular signal so I can call and make an appointment.

Just shut down your chat service and your online appointment system it is useless. Calling takes an hour before someone picks up. The last time I went, they cancelled my appointment because their staff didn’t show up. That’s not my fault, you should staff enough for such situations. The next time I went, I scheduled for my husband and myself. My name was not on their schedule even if I personally went to the branch to make an appointment. I don’t know why I keep coming to them really. Hoping someone can recommend star service and good derma here in cebu please. Price is not an issue

I edited my review because I wanted to be fair. I honestly loved the service given by Dr.Panfi. But I agree with the other commenters about your receptionists. I recently went to another clinic and although yours has the best atmosphere in terms of the look of the place, the attitude of the receptionists is really a deal breaker.

I went here with my mom with the hopes of having a relaxing facial. When the aesthetician came out she didn’t even say hello or greet me. She just asked if I needed the bathroom. Then once I was in the room she just presumed I wanted the microdermabrasion treatment without even looking at me or my skin. There was absolutely no consultation or conversation about what I would be having done, leaving me very confused. The whole facial seemed very rushed and lasted approximately 20-25 minutes. When she said I was all done I was surprised because it seemed like such a short session. Very disappointed with the vibe of the aesthetician and the cost of the treatment which was 8000 p. Also there was no skin care recommendations or after care advice. After leaving the appointment my skin feels very dry and not refreshed. My mom and I definitely will not be back and would rather go to a different clinic.

Their receptionist does not know a thing about customer service at all. They hire beautiful girls that doesnt have common sense at all (sad to say.)

We were late by 30 mins and the receptionist just said that they couldn't accomodate us anymore. But at one appointment we were 10 mins early and we had to wait for another 40 mins before our treatment started. The receptionist literally said that its fine for us to wait 40 mins.. They dont care about your schedule.

It would have been better if she offered us another schedule. She was not helpfull at all.

Your just paying for this companies name. There are a lot of good dermatologist in Cebu.

I was going to go to this place since the one in Manila has such a high service score, I assumed this place would be the same - No way, they must really suck, and it does not appear to be a one time event - it has been going on for years. What is so har about finding a decent receptionist - must be a relative of the owner... Very few good reviews... Mostly bad!

I came here last night about gluta drip. And i dress simple t-shirt and pants. The receptionist look at me like she was wondering why i'm here. You can tell her facial reaction. Force smile and seems like she don't wan't to answer my inquiries. My friend have notice it either.
