The guards and bank staff assisted customers in a courteous and efficient manner. There were a lot of people lined up to open a new account today also, despite that, I was able to finish in a little over an hour and a half. I observed that the people who were just depositing or withdrawing were finished quickly.

Excellent service

The process of opening an account especially for student who doesn't have government issued id is totally slow. And, sometimes it isn't stated clearly what alternative ducument you can present and when you go back there that would be the time you are stated about the alternatives. And the process took us more than three hours.

I suggest the teller to be more ellaborative and helpful when someone is having a hard time to open an account, state what options they have to proceed with their concern as soon as possible. Some people are from a far, or have other things to do so it must be quick.

0 STAR at all. The process for opening a new account is very very slow, the requirements stated from their website does not coincide with the actual requirements in this branch. I wasted 3hrs of my time.

Also, the security guard is very rude, even though he's assisting me backing my car into the main road from the parking space, he shouted "Kahinay nimo oy! Pagdali!!!" (You're so slow! Faster!!!). I really had a bad day.

I had a bad experience with the older security guard assign in front of this bank...but the guards inside are nice...pls. be nice and inform the client properly...don't be strict like you own the bank...

Few staff. It will take 4 hours for you to complete your transactions. Customer service person needs additional training.

Customer service is awful. Don’t park your car here if you don’t like to get scratches on it. The old lady in this bank needs customer service training about dealing her patience to customers and how not to shame people. Just visit somewhere else professional.

Terrible management especially with their female managers, terrible attitude.
