Nice convenience store!

I had an experience with a rude staff once but most of the time, this store can be relied for some quick buys and foods. Online payment kiosk is not reliable, it is offline most of the time.

Nice place and location but poor in service. Kiosk offline for consecutive days. You can buy food for dine in and take out.

Stupid staff. Store is open 24/7 but does not provide change. If you give 500 or 1000php they will not accept it saying they don't have enough money on their cashier.

This shop is nice, but the cashier's attitude is ugly, my friend and I bought something for about 300php, and we went to the cashier, (the cashier said we don't have a plastic bag for shopping , just buy an eco bag to put what you bought, an eco bag costs 37php.) I said we'll just cancel what we're going to buy, thank you. then he said that (you shouldn't have come here if you complained that we don't have a plastic bag) I said what's your problem? I asked him about three times, he came out of the counter and wanted to punch me.
It happened today around 2-3pm, for the owner of that store, there should be some disciplinary action for your staff, the image of 711 is distorted.

Just bad experience. The cashier declined my purchase 'coz they did not have change ready for a Php 100 bill. Just such a bad experience for three reasons. One, it was embarrassing for me. Two, it was such a hassle 'coz I had to wait in line as I really needed the item I was supposed to buy. It is a store's responsibility, a "convenience store" at that, to ensure change is available during hours of operation. Providing the exact amount for a purchase, should never be a customer's burden.

Very slow ! Only one cashier for busy location ! Staff are not focused and fridge drinks are warm !

If you want bad customer service then come here. Service is always denied because they don´t have any change. Worst 7/11 franchise ever!!
