We were quite indecisive on if to hire a guide in Machu Picchu, but I have to say our journey was so much better with Elisban as our guide. He gave us all the interesting history, answered our questions, and made sure we stopped for all the best picture spots. We booked the Circuit 1 or 2 with Inca bridge with limited time in between trains and he helped us cover as much as we could in our allotted time, even squeezing in time to get some food to-go on the train ride back.  For our first time there, I couldn't have chosen a better experience and would jump at the chance to return and do the Inca Trail with this agency and Elisban.

Elisban with Journeys Cusco was an amazing guide! We learned so much while touring Machu Picchu. Elisban knows all of the best places to stop for photo ops, he was informative, easy to understand and really made out trip to Machu Picchu special. Elisban was easy to work with in setting up the tour, gave us great guidance regarding our transportation and made the whole experience awesome. It is required to hire a guide to tour Machu Picchu, but don't just hire any guide.... go with Elisban. You won't be sorry.

We took our 11 year old son to Machupicchu a couple years ago. Elisban was our tour guide and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about the history involve Machupicchu. He made sure we had great pictures as well.
