Very comfortable rooms, lovely views, tasty food and a very nice owner, who even let us try his home-made herbal liquor, as we were getting a bit cold. Thank you!

If I need to find a bad point, maybe it would be the neighbour who was burning trash in the afternoon, covering the whole beautiful garden in a smelly smoke. But obviously that’s not the hotel’s fault

The staff and owner is very friendly. We stopped for an affordable and filling lunch after treking colca canyon. The building itself is nice and has a courtyard with a great view. I recommend stopping here after finishing the colca canyon trek.

Have stopped there for overnight to look Colca Canyon, but got an adventure because of self-locked car with the keys inside. Staff was very nice and helped a lot to find master to solve this problem. As for location - hotel is located right at start of trail to Canyon lookout. And close enough to Central Plaza. The rooms are very simple (don't wait more in this place) but clean.

Great place perfectly located for the hikes. Lovely as well to rest in the garden. The local host is knowledgeable and provides great recommendations if you can understand Spanish. Small breakfast included with the room.

Very clean and beautiful place. Rooms have comfortable beds and probably the best you can find in the area. Breakfast very tasty.

We only had a breakfast here and a shower on the way back the day after. Such a lovely place ! Very kind and helpful people. I definitely recommend this place as I also could see the rooms. We also could let our big bagpacks there.

Wonderful place, clean and beautiful. Great service from a very considerate owner. I thought for all their help they'd expect tips, but they don't (I'd recommend tipping all at once when checking out). They take good care of their animals, if you're lucky one of the dogs will join you on your hike.

Excellent rooms that are spacious and clean, comfortable beds and a hot shower with good water pressure. The food they serve in the lobby is very good. I did not expect to find this kind of quality in such a tiny mountain village. They also have a tiny kitten living in the lobby that loves to hang out with guests - very cute, would pet again.

Amazing hosts! Super warm welcome, the owner will offer plenty of useful info on the canyon, he even walked us to the view point in cabanaconde to see the sunrise on the canyon! Spectacular!

After being stuck here for 2 days due to earthquakes and blocked roads, the owners were very helpful in providing us a way to get back to Arequipa. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and beautiful location.

Really nice accommodation in cabanaconde for the price. Room were very nice and clean. The included breakfast was good (eggs, cheese, ham, buns, avocado, etc..). Perfect spot to stay before heading off on your Colca Canyon trek. Plus they have some friendly, fluffy dogs to play with ;)

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable with lots of areas to hang out! The host (Edwin) speaks great English and is very helpful with everything!

I stayed this hotel during my 2D1N Colca Canyon tour. The room is clean and big, the hotel has a beautiful garden to relax and look at the mountain. The restaurant provide amazing food and the restaurant manager is nice and funny and can make good cocktail.

Wonderful view. Gorgeous doggo waiting for us in the garden. Great filling breakfast. Kinda far from the main plaza but Cabanaconde is a small town. So not a biggie. It was a little out of our budget but we do not regret staying there. Had a wonderful night, cozy and calm room. Comfy beds. The keeper is very nice and accomodating

This is a great place to rest both before and after your colca canyon trek. The showers are hot- something of a rarity in this part of the world. The breakfast is all you can eat including avacado. That's right, you can make yourself 5 avacado and toasts of you want. Almost. The bread is known as joke bread and you will see why. Still though you can fill yourself with a big breakfast before heading out or after you get back. Also there is unlimited coffee. the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable.

Really cool restaurant, food was great and personal really nice. The place is really perfect to chill while you wait for the bus or to get over from the trek!

For the price, this place can't be beaten. Very comfortable beds, excellent shower with great water pressure and a superb breakfast.

The owner was very helpful and provided useful info for our trip in Colca Canyon!
