Picos House

Picos place is a must stay if you’re in agua calientes. It’s clean, has an amazing view of the town, a great terrace to hangout on, and the service is excellent. The owner Carlos used to be a tour guide so he was incredibly helpful when we were planning our activities for the day. On top of that, he accommodating everything we needed, made us tea, and genuinely cared about our stay in aguas calientes. Truly an amazing experience with this place all thanks to Carlos. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s clean, has everything you need, is not too expensive, and has an amazing host then you have to stay here.

A nice little guest house with many rooms. Clean and tidy with breakfast (whenever you desire) we woke up at 5.30 to get to Macchu Picchu and wanted to have breakfast at 5.45, the owner said no problem, and our breakfast was ready by then. A lovely man operates the place, full respect to him.

Carlos & Carmelo were excellent! Picos House is beautiful. It is clean, with nice rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The staff is so friendly and go the extra mile! They pack a breakfast/lunch for the Machu Picchu and helped us find a Tour guide.

Amazing, friendly staff. They pack you a lunch for your trip to Machu Picchu. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of steps to get up to the hotel, but very much worth it.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the price is reasonable, but the thing that makes it special is the Owner Carlos. He’s the best! He couldn’t be more helpful or nicer. Our son and daughter-in-law got sick and Carlos couldn’t do enough to help them. It made the stay great despite the tough circumstances. Highly recommended!

Aanrader voor je verblijf in Machu Picchu. Nette kamers, rustige wijk en geweldig ontbijt. Maar vooral vanwege de geweldige host Carlos: hij stond altijd klaar voor goede tips, vroeg ons wat we wilden voor het ontbijten serveerde dat zonder problemen om 5:00 's ochtends zodat we op tijd naar Machu Picchu konden! Betere aandacht hadden we ons niet kunnen wensen!

Ottimo b&b posizionato ad Aguas caliente dove è straconsigliato il pernottamento pre visita a Machu Picchu o se si vuole riposare dal suo rientro. Comodo alla stazione dei treni (qualche gradino di troppo ma niente di scandaloso) è altresì comodo alla stazione dei bus che partono per il famoso sito archeologico!! Carlos, l’host, è una persona fantastica! Dispensa ottimi consigli ed è veramente disponibile! Ci ha atteso in stazione e ci ha accompagnato diretti alla camera dispensando utili consigli per le tappe a venire! Bravo Carlos!!!

Super séjour dans cet hôtel ! Carlos est accueillant et serviable. On est très bien reçu, les chambres sont propres, l’eau de la douche est chaude et abondante. Carlos nous donne pleins de conseils pour la visite du Machu pichu et possibilité de laisser notre sac après le Check out, le temps de faire nos visites.
L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du chemin de fer (5 min à pieds) ce qui permet d’être au calme. Merci Carlos !

Excelente servicio. Bryan es muy cordial y da excelentes datos para pasar una estancia genial en Machu picchu. Carlos nos fue a recibir a la estación de tren y nos dio excelentes consejos. Las camas muy cómodas. Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar. Pero las piernas lo agradecen. El desayuno es contundente, lo que permite que puedas caminar por el lugar sin hambre hasta tarde. Tiene televisor smart en las habitaciones. Y la vista en la que nos pasaron es espectacular.

Lo mejorde este lugar es la amabilidad y diligencia de su propietario Carlos. Es un edificio con varias habitaciones impecables y con lo bàsico para pasar una noche sin complicaciones al igual que un desayuno bàsico. A tener en cuenta que hay que subir muchas escalas para llegar hasta el lugar y si luego te toca un piso alto puede ser complicado para quientenga problemas con esto.

Un hotel recién abierto en una de las zonas más activas de Aguas Calientes. Habitaciones amplias, la cama es increíble y el desayuno es muy muy bueno al estilo buffet! Además cada habitación cuenta con baño privado, con agua caliente y televisión por cable... Además de Wifi en cada planta! Pero lo mejor es Carlos, el dueño... Un hombre super amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier momento!

Carlitos è la persona più appassionata e gentile che abbia mai incontrato.

Ci ha portato persino la cena in camera perché eravamo stanchi per andare a ristorante.

Recomendable la atención estupenda nos ayudaron en contactar con guía para Machu Picchu, desayuno muy bueno lo único para llegar es que tiene mucha cuesta pero por todo lo demás muy bien...España

Excelente experiencia. Atendido por su dueño, el que tiene una disposición de oro para entregar un buen servicio y disfrutar de una estadía agradable.

Lugar muy hermoso y la hospitalidad que recibimos fue de lo mejor ! Recomiendo 100% que lo visiten !
