Excellent location. Very friendly staff. They came to receive us at the station, unfortunately we missed them but it took us only 3 mins to walk over. They accept both soles and USD. Room was basic but clean. The staff was nice enough to advice us to close the windows to avoid getting mosquitoes inside. It is quite, they have a small tea / coffee station and also stored our bags for the entire day after check out while we went to visit Machu Pichu. Would highly recommend for the price.

Amazing service and clean and comfortable rooms. They are happy to store your luggage while going to Machu Picchu. The hot water in our room was luke warm rather than hot, but we managed. The wifi bandwidth was good until the evening when everyone returned to the hotel and connected, which slowed it down a lot (sounds like a common issue in the town).

Carlos, the owners son, was super kind and assisted me when I had some flight issues. He was fantastic and a really nice guy.

Although it is a simple hotel, the staff really try to help their customers and give amazing service - so I still give it 5 stars despite the water not being warm enough.

I was very surprised. Hot shower with a good pressure (kinda rare in Peru), very kind staff, clean room and comfy bed. All you need for a short visit in Aguas Calientes.

Good and cheap option to stay in aguas calientes! The host is superfriendly and woke up at 4.30am just for us so we could leave our stuff at the hotel before going to the macchu picchu! The rooms are nice, you have warm water, and its quiet. Perfect to sleep before going to macchu picchu!

We stayed here one night on our visit to Machu Picchu. We didn't put much stock in the hotels as we were coming in late at Aguas Calientes and wanted to spend one night before catching our bus early next morning to Machu Picchu. The staff is very courteous, kind, gentle, and helpful. They only speak Spanish, we'll never know in our life what they said to us. The room was cozy and comfortable. They had hot water. They don't offer breakfast but we anyway didn't have time for it. The morning checkout process was chaotic as everyone wanted to rush out to catch the bus; they can perhaps streamline that. The location is walking to everything. Overall, no complaints. It was a decent find.

Such a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, rooms are sparkling clean and the host is very kind. A heater was also provided free of charge for the duration of my stay.

The Staff was really kind. Gave us directions and was a really confy place to rest before climbing the macchupicchu next day. They offer storage room for backpacks as well.

Excellent hostel ! Room was clean and confy. They were really nice to us. Giving us informations about how to go to Machu Pichu, providing early breakfast, free mini lunch box, free shower back to Machu Pichu and all of it with a beautiful smile :)

The best place with most amazing people. We forgot our GoPro and they brought it all the way to the train station!
In terms of the place itself, it was the most comfortable bed we slept on in Peru.

Comfortable and clean room, friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Good WiFi. Standard breakfast of fresh bread and jam/ hot drinks provided.

Super friendly host, very knowledgable with great tips for Machu Picchu. Rooms were great and super clean.

Las habitaciones son limpias no muy amplias pero por el precio me parecen que está bien, los baños tienen agua caliente están limpios, la atención es muy buena y cordial te pueden prestar hasta secador de cabello, un buen lugar donde se pueden encontrar buen precio yhabitaciones acogedoras

Los señores guardan tu equipaje y te dejan esperar en su sala hasta que salga tu tren.

Mi estadía fue simplemente maravillosa.
La habitación era acogedora, con un baño que ofrecía una ducha realmente deliciosa. Pero lo que hizo la diferencia fue el trato del personal, especialmente del Sr. Edgar extremadamente simpático y prestativo. Su amabilidad hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún más especial.

El lugar es limpio, la atención es excelente, es la mejor opción calidad precio para ir a machupicho, el personal del hotel te orienta y te recomendó lugares muy buenos para comer y no gastar mucho. 1000/10 en todos los aspectos. Gracias por su atención. Los recomiendo.

Excelente sitio...... sencillo pero muy acogedor, habitaciones muy bonitas y el Sr Edgar es una persona increíble. Muy grata experiencia haber conocido el lugar.
