Clean spacious rooms, close to the train station
What I'd like to mention specially is my infinity gratitude to the guy on the reception whos name I did not caught sadly
He helped me when I got sick and took me to the local ambulance in the middle of the night. He saved my trip to Peru for without this I would not have been able to see Machu Picchu
This is a next level of taking care about guests

The hotel overall was very good. The rooms were clean and the bed was nice. The towels were large and soft. The breakfast was good but was a little limited. The wifi was good and works well. The only real issue was that the hotel has no a/c and limited ventilation. Our room had a window but no screens.

The staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful and authentic.

The Hotel is not that close to the railway station, its a walk of 10 min. throug the amazing Village along the river. We enjoyed the stay as well as the Walk. We can recommend the place and we want to come again.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was large and well appointed. The bath was lovely and the water was hot! The staff very friendly and helpful. They asked us when we wanted our breakfast each day then delivered it to our room which was awesome. The breakfast was tasty and a lot of food, more than we could eat and with fresh sqeezed oj was awesome. The town itself is small so everything is within walking distance, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. We loved the balcony on the room it wrapped around and was a beautiful view. Wouls stay here again, thanks.

Great hotel, very friendly and great breakfast. The room had Netflix and a refrigerator. It was clean and quiet and we had a lovely view. Would definitely stay again.

Really lovely and friendly staff who were really kind to me.
Breakfast starts early at 5am which us great. They also booked some water so I could have a hot drink while waiting for my train.

Close to the train station and the market, a lot of restaurants near by.
The personnel were so nice and kind. They gave us a couple of recommendations for lunch/dinner and also for the bus that takes you to Machu Picchu entrance.
The room had hair dryer, hydro massage tube, cable TV, comfy bed and pillows.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious, we left before breakfast and they made us a takeout bag. Very helpful staff. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Auguas Calientes.

Lovely hotel in Auguas Calientes. The location looks a little far from the city center, but you’re minutes away from everything. Wish we could have stayed here longer.

The best hotel when I was in Peru. But it is located in Aguas Calientes -Machupichu. Highly recomended. The brakefast buffet was delicious and very assorted. The beds, pillows, room itself was comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Amazing place to stay. Very beautiful views, comfortable, top floor bar, breakfast in time for the Machu Picchu bus, and elevator was quick and well serviced.

El hotel me encanto! Los paisajes que se observan desde las ventanas de las habitaciones simplemente increíble! Un hotel ubicado entre árboles que te conecta con la naturaleza. Las habitaciones impecables y cómodas. Se los recomiendo.

El servicio y atención de este hotel, es de lo mejor para hospedarse en ese bello pueblo. Aguas Calientes estará siempre en mi memoria, me encantó.
