Natural Green - Eco-Campsite

Best place ever! The campsite is amazing. It's so green and the river is just behind. We saw so many different birds, a lizard and a sloth. Mario is the kindest person ever. He offered us coffe every morning and we even got a private bird feeding with explanations by a biologist by heart. He can also always help you with directions or further suggestions for your travel. And there is Blue, she is such an amazing and cute dog!Thank you so much Mario! If you wanna go camping, this is the place to be!

Our favourite campsite that we’ve ever been to! Mario is incredibly kind, offering us coffee every morning and is so passionate about the site, we fed the river turtles and spent 5 nights surrounded by amazing birds! I cannot recommend this campsite enough, if you are anywhere near the area, go!!

What a wonderful hidden gem with so much nature. It is a well maintained, quiet campground at a reasonable price. Mario the owner is welcoming and a wealth of knowledge of the local area. I will not hesitate to return.

Nice camping place in el valle de anton! You are surrounded by nature and we saw monkeys, porcupines, river turtles and lots of colorful birds on his property. Mario is a really friendly biologists and can tell you a lot about el valle. The showers and toilet are a little run down, but the areas to pitch your tent are really nice and covered from the rain (if you have a small tent) you have to bring your own camping stove, but there are bbq places where you can grill or cook on fire. Mario can provide the wood.

Mario is the kindest host and the grounds are quiet and away from the road for a good sleep.

Well this is the place HANDS DOWN!
The only problem here is that you won't want to leave!
Centrally located in "El Valle" (The Valley) de Anton it is short bike or car ride from the site to the local market, where "Fresh" is the word of the day.
Lots of small convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and eco-sites close by as well.

Best camping spot. Mario is very helpful. Site have even electricity in every spot

Un excelente lugar para acampar en el Valle de Antón. Súper precio, con pequeñas chozas que cuentan con luz además hay baño, ducha, cocina para hacer asados etc

Esto es solo para gente aventurera y que le gusta la naturaleza. Duermes rodeado de árboles, de animales, del Río Antón y una tranquilidad increíble. El dueño del lugar nos trató súper amable; de maravilla

Excelente lugar para estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Exuberante en plantas y árboles, se pueden avistar diversos tipos de pájaros.

Queda a 5 min de la población de El Valle y tiene muy cerca el cerro de La India Dormida, cascadas, ríos y trillos de Mountain Bike y off road para 4x4..

La atención del Sr. Mario Bernal es extraordinaria y muy simpática la perrita Blue.

He ido varias veces y regresaré varias veces más.

Un superbe camping, rare en Amérique Centrale. 6 emplacements avec dalle en béton, toit, table et chaises, lumières et prises électrique. Le luxe! En pleine nature.
Mario le propriétaire est vraiment accueillant!
8 $/personne.
Seuls petits bémols: un petit peu loin du centre du village si vous êtes à pied (20 min).
WC et douche moyennement propres.

Si sabes qué es acampar en el campo junto a la naturaleza, éste es el lugar indicado, rodeado de montañas, un río que puedes observar desde lo alto y bañarse en sus aguas durante el verano, observar una gran cantidad de aves nacionales y migratorias ,, tortugas, y una diversidad de plantas que te refrescará el ambiente. Si vas de campings , recuerda llevar todos los implementos necesarios. Allí podrás contar con fogones donde podrás cocinar tus alimentos. Cerca está la India dormida donde podrás ejercitar tus piernas para subir y recorrer todo el área. Prepárate con tu botella de agua y estar dispuesto a demostrar tu calibre,

Mario es un excelente host! Muy atento y muy amable! Súper recomendable para acampar o para campers o motorhomes

I came with the intention to stay the other night and ask for the price. The owner was not there, but I met one of the guests and asked him. It was 5$.
Later that day I wrote a whatsapp message to the owner to verify. He ask if I am from owerlander and for my nationality. After my response he told me that for me it is 7$.
I asked why I am charged different price than others and the owner got quite agresive. In the end he told me to go to "mandarinos" (Chinese) that they will give me low price. Generally from the conversation I had really unplesant feeling stinking of racism/discrimination.
Pitty, because the place itself seems nice.

Echt weer n geval van noem t eco, polystureen muren in badkamer met tiewraps bijeengehouden, klapperend plastic afdakjes, geen tent, hangmat, geen mat geen keuken (voor de gasten)
