BBQ Topo Gigio

My girlfriend and I were so intrigued by the horrendous reviews of this place that we wanted to check it out for ourselves! Haha We ordered 2 pizzas for takeout, the service was amazing, with a smile and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. We waited for a whole 14 minutes to be on our way and the prices were pretty decent for a really good wood fire oven pizza... We don't understand what the fuss is all about... Even the cook came to say 'good evening' with a smile while I was paying. We both totally recommend this place if you are looking for a good pizza.

Service was great. Very kind people. We had meat and it was very good. Great beer from Italy. Would / will definitely come back.

Great food and prices. I ordered a Rib Eye and it was amazing. Perfectly rare with a smoky flavor thanks to Nance's logs. Highly recommended.

Exclusivo de Pizzas Artesanales Italianas ( deliciosas) y un menú con opciones de platos de mariscos ( se veían bien los platos )

Llegamos un poco aprehensivos por las opiniones anteriores, sin embargo nos quedamos por dos buenos indicativos: 1. Dueños y comensales italianos y 2. Los deliciosos olores. No quedamos decepcionados. Ordenamos una pizza de prosciutto y hongos y estuvo riquísima. Comenzando por la masa que por sí sola era un manjar, los ingredientes parecen ser de calidad, el jamón, el queso, la albahaca. Que les puedo decir. Lástima que no tengan postre (de hecho pasamos al restaurante vecino para ello). El servicio es el normal en Panamá, cortés, sin salamería. Los precios razonables. El ambiente quizás pudiera ser mejor, pero es tranquilo y verde.

Súper rica la comida, estuvo deliciosa, la atención fue muy buena, fue una experiencia agradable.

La atención es regular, las chuletas de cerdo buenisimas. Los precios de las cervezas y sodas 2-3$

Soy italiano, y fue una maravillosa sorpresa descubrir esta exelente pizzeria, no es fácil disfrutar de pizzas italianas de verdad afuera de mi pais

Excelente la pasta a la Topo Gigio, y la chuleta de cerdo muy tierna y sabrosa.

Had to eat here to see if the bad reviews were true or not. They aren't. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable. Between our group of 6 we had pastas, pizza and steaks and couldn't fault it. All surprisingly high quality. The owner is a friendly Italian. However the service was slow - pizza came out first and then we waited an extra nearly 30m for the rest of the meals. Fix the wait time and it would have been ideal 👍

Mucha demora con el pedido y solo estábamos nosotros en el local. La Chica que nos atendió, ni hablaba y ni una sonrisa. La pizza estaba rica.

First, we had to organize the table ourselves, which was at that point of time ok. We waited at least 20 minutes that someone takes order from us. The waitress looked like she literally saw the menu for the first time. She didn’t know what is out, so I had to choose three times the food. The order was taken incorrectly (wrong pizza and no drink) even though we showed it on the menu. We received first dish after 1,5 hour. But without cutlery and tissues. We asked for tissues three times, and at the end received them just going into the kitchen. Pizza came after 2 hours, but still with no drink. Again, they didn’t know which type of the beer they have. Food was delicious! But waiting time, really bad service made it bad experience. Invest in some service training, it’s pity you receive so bad comments with this good food.

Realmente el local maneja precios de un restaurante de la ciudad de Panamá, con una infraestructura cerrada y con aire acondicionado. Y el servicio que dan es realmente malo. Personalmente considero que no deberían visitar este local, porque la verdad la experiencia no vale lo que cuesta.

Hoy fui a este lugar la pizza rica pero los refrescos exagerado de caro 6.00 por 2 coca cola, ni en boquete. Por eso pierden clientes
