Came here based on our hosts recommendations. Very good place, we opted for the 3 meats for two and a sopa con arroz, total about 20 dollars and we came out really full. There are no vegetables in the entree.

The „Rice with vegetables“ sounds humble, but it is full of flavor and was one of the best simple vegetarian meals I’ve had in a long time. Incredible value and a nice setting.

Great place to visit! We visited this place a number of times during our stay in El Valle. The food is good and very affordable. But above all, the people are very nice and kind and definitely deserve their customers.

My wife and I had a tasty dinner at El Rincon Colombiano. We arrived shortly after 6 for dinner and were seated immediately. The server was attentive, and we ordered within a few minutes as the small restaurant filled up. Our food arrived in under half an hour. Some diners received their food in as little as 10 minutes; a guy sitting next to us had to wait 45 minutes, but he had ordered lasagna. It was a whole lasagna made when ordered, so it makes sense it would take quite a while.

We had arepas rellena and causa. Both were excellent. A gentleman sitting with us had chicken, and it was a very large portion. He raved about how delicious it was. Because of the quality, portions, and prices, we will definitely be back before our stay in Ell Valle ends in 5 days.

Update: we went back for dinner two nights after the first time. Again we were seated right away, but this time our food arrived only ten minutes after we ordered. We really enjoyed our beef tacos and roasted chicken. They had no problem with my request for rice instead of patacones. Two meals and a beer cost $10. We're coming back to El Valle later this year, and this will definitely be or first choice for dinner out.

This is where you go to get the local food. It says Colombian but not sure how Colombian this place really is. The soups (brown beans and most of all the vegetable) were really good. Best of all was the sour sop juice!
The sausage i had on the mixed Colombian stuff platter was too fatty, i couldn't eat it.
The sandwiches "arepas" were also great.
Cheap food, excellent service.

Super tasty, affordable, and cute!! Went here for lunch and we were really impressed, especially with the vegetarian options that El Rincon had! The arepa rellena vegetariano and papa rellena vegetariano (off menu) were super delicious and I would highly recommend them.

Great tacos brought to another level with tasty vegetable salad filling.
We were amazed after first bite.

We returned back the other day.

We tried 6 different dishes and all of them were excellent.

We got the pollo comida and pollo asado. The chicken was very juicy and flavorful and the side were delicious. The portions are generous and the prices are cheap. Just good simple food.

Simple but tasty dishes at a very affordable price. I will be back during my stay here in el Valle. The fresh piña juice was so refreshing!

This place is a hidden gem food is delicious, prices are great and everyone is super friendly. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place, if you are in Anton valley don’t hesitate to try it!

Definitely one of the better (if not best) value places on the main street. Tasty Colombian and Panamanian dishes for 4-5$.

Seriously a must go! One of the best restaurants in Latin America I've ever been to, super friendly owner, insanely cheap, we went there 3 times in two days! Veggie burger and rice with beans were our favourites :)

I was in El Valle for a month and El Rincon Colombiano was our favourite restaurant. You won't find this quality of food for a better price.

I stayed at a hostel nearby and over the three days I stayed in El Valle I ate here four times. The food is really good and super cheap, owner is very nice too.

Delicious and cheap food but slow/long waits for food all 3 times we visited. Still great though!

Quality food for such a great price! Place is pretty cozy as well:) pineapple juice and frozen lemonade very reallyyyy good as well!
