It's a one-time adventure with five zip lines across the jungle and one over the Chorro Macho cascade. You can also walk through the forest in a well maintained trails and bridges to get a front view of the Chorro Macho. I don't recommend toddlers or elderly but the access is not restricted. You SHOULD finish in the ~24° C cold pool, with running water directly from the cascade. Not wheelchair accessible to the zip lines or jungle, but with little effort people with disabilities can reach the natural pool. I have to highlight the very nice people attending the site, that will explain to you every detail of the tour and will guide you safely. You can choose tours from half an hour and up to four hours. You need to bring water, snacks, and towels. Bathrooms are available, but not showers. Please note this experience is part of the Canopy Family tour company.

Enjoyable and easy short hike with tons of interesting wildlife. The swimming area was comfortable with hammocks to use and plenty of other seating. Great spot for families and people looking to cool off after a bigger hike.

I went today with the pouring rain and paid $3. I didn't see any pools where to swim but there is only a 200mt path with short bridges and stairs but it's veautiful and totally worth the $3. I got to go right near the water fall, none else there walking. Very slippery so make sure you have proper hiking shoes. I even had to take my shoes off at some point because path was flooded. Only 20 min to walk take pictures and go back but totally worth it

This is my fourth time visiting this place. It is my favorite place in all of Anton valley. I love taking a hike in this rainforest along its narrow walkways. They are perfectly set along the contours of the hills. They guide you up and down along the trees and plants while you intake the rainforest scent and the sound of the birds. Along the way, the three suspension bridges take you over the fast moving crystal clear water coming from the waterfall. The water finds Its way into the man-made swimming pool. This is where the crystal clear water turns dark but that should not deter you from taking a dip.

The walk through the entire trail usually takes me around thirty minutes because I take my time. The total length of the trail is around two hundred meters so it will not tire you out. You are not supposed to leave the trail and walk into the waterfall, by the way. This place does not allow you to venture there. So you will be left to enjoy the view from one of the suspension bridges and an observation deck.

Highly recommended for kids because they will find it to be an adventure. The loose nature of rope suspended bridges will add to the fun. The sound of birds reverberating through the trees is something to behold. Be careful, though, since some of the walkways are steep at times.

It will cost you five dollars to enter. To see the pool area is an additional two dollars and fifty cents. To actually use the pool will be an additional five dollars. They also have zip lining and guided tours up to three hours in duration.

Beautiful jungle experience for the whole family! The zip line was awesome and they will stop you so that you can hang above the waterfall. We saw sloths and toucans on the hike. Don't miss this amazing place!

This is a must do in Panama! The kids loved zip lining and the waterfall is beautiful. It is a short walk to just see the falls.

Must see when you're visiting Anton Valley or even Rio Hato... You won't regret it... Beautiful falls, suspension bridges, zip lining, and a natural swimming pool

This was part of a tour we did. There is some hiking involved, climb down some rock steps, cross a few suspended bridges. So need to be able body and able to hold onto those bridges a bit. Other than that it's a nice peaceful place. I recommend it.
They also offer zip lining but at a extra cost. I did not take the zip line can't comment on it.

Went on Monday in mid-September and we were the only people there. Paid $5 / person for the waterfall hike - you don’t swim at the waterfall. Paid another 2.50/person for the natural pool.

The waterfall was cool, you trekked on “tree top” bridges through the jungle to get there. Very beautiful. After you walked to the natural pool, which I would absolutely recommend. The water is freezing, but it’s perfect after a hot afternoon and hike.

Such a great, short walk through the rainforest to see a beautiful waterfall. I only wish it was more accessible to actually go to the waterfall. Still very beautiful

Great view of the waterfall and trails and the mountain water swimming pool. The entry fees were cheap, not much water in the falls during dry season. Nice hike suspended bridge, the pools were great cool water to keep the sunburn

Spent a nice hour here Monday morning. It’s probably pretty busy on the weekends, but we were basically the only people there. The swimming pool was quite cold as it had rained. However, while my children were swimming come on to the workers came down to say we could spend as much time as we wanted as it should clear up as the turbidity calm down since the rain has stopped. We didn’t have that much time, so we did not take them up on the offer, but appreciated it on the last. The trails were well kept and the price was fair.

To really enjoy this you need to take the canopy ride which sets you down about 65 dollars. Otherwise the natural pool is just a pool, it's not like you're swimming next to the waterfall.

Walk to the waterfals isnt very far, friendly staff who were knowledgeable of plants and animals helped us spot animals we accidentally walked right by. There's also a pool just a little off from the river.

If you want to get one with nature, you came to the right place. Go for a walk and experience nature on your own time.

The staff speak english and guys are very friendly and professional. I felt safe. We had a great family experience with 11yo doughter and 6y.o. son. It is only 4 lines but for us it was worth it! You start with a walk to get to top station. If you are around you shold stop by.
