Waterfall by the highway and by the religious temple. Lots of stairs need to be climbed down form the road. There's a small cave with Lord shiva inside. A cool place to be at in summer heat.

Jhor Waterfall is a natural, beautiful waterfall which lies in Tokha Mahankal (on the border between Kathmandu and Nuwakot district). Water from Shivapuri National Park is the main source of this waterfall. Don’t forget to take spare clothes along with a towel if you wanna make yourself wet in the natural waterfall.

Also there is a temple of Lord Shiva where you worship and make your wish come true. Pilgrims visited this place on Saturday and Monday.

My recent visit to Jhor Waterfall, located at Tokha, was an absolutely amazing experience. This natural wonder, popularly known as Jhor Mahankal, is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a serene escape amidst nature.

Jhor Waterfall impresses with its scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere. The sound of cascading water and the lush green surroundings instantly soothe the senses, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. The waterfall is open 24 hours, offering visitors the flexibility to enjoy the scenery at their convenience.

Accessibility to the waterfall is straightforward, with clear directions available. Although there's no official website or phone number listed, the journey to this natural gem is worth the adventure. The waterfall's location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, provides a refreshing break and an opportunity to connect with nature.

One of the unique aspects of Jhor Waterfall is its versatility as a destination. It's perfect for a family outing, a romantic getaway, or even a solo adventure. The site offers ample opportunities for photography, with the waterfall serving as a stunning backdrop. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the rich biodiversity and the chance to spot local flora and fauna.

While there are no formal facilities like eateries or restrooms at the site, the experience of being in such a pristine environment more than compensates for this. Visitors are advised to carry their own snacks and water, and to ensure they leave no trace behind to preserve the natural beauty of the area.

In summary, Jhor Waterfall is a hidden gem that offers a peaceful retreat from everyday life. Its captivating beauty and tranquil ambiance provide a perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation. Jhor Jharna is also called Baudeshwar Jharna. The natural waterfall is captivating. There are temples and caves along with the waterfall. Natural and spiritual bliss was experienced here. This waterfall is the center of attraction of this region. The cold water of the waterfall made me thrilled. If you want to enjoy the waterfall, this place near Kathmandu may be your suitable destination.
