I stayed here for a few days in April for a short summer vacation as we wanted to regularly visit the Bhaktapur area for engaging activities.
The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. I loved their morning breakfast buffet and even the dinner experience was quite good.
The hotel staff were professional and helpful with everything. I even got a hotel tour since I wanted to check out their extensions.
However, my room had an old CRT TV which people don't use anymore and can be easily upgraded. The inner roads to the hotel were also getting reconstructed at the time which made it difficult for cabs to reach the location.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and amazing food!
The hotel and rooms are "Newar" culture styled and decorated with antique items. The hotel is rich in history, it was an absolute please to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Heritage in Bhaktapur. Despite arriving late, the staff warmly welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional Newari artwork. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of Nepali and continental dishes, all freshly prepared and presented beautifully. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We highly recommend Hotel Heritage for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic breakfast spread.

A very, very lovely hotel in this ancient city. The staff is superb! Special notes to Ratjana and Ikesh for wonderful, friendly attention. Restaurant is very nice, gardens and courtyard are peaceful, rooms are spacious and furnished with Nepali antiques. Just a 5 minute walk to the historic inner city. I was here for 13 days and would highly recommend this hotel!

Bhaktapur will take you back in time with the small street lanes and this heritage hotel is a perfect place to stay with antique things is the room. The bricks which is used dates back to centuries. The rooms are wonderfully decorated with modern touch and heritage style mixed together perfectly. The beds are comfortable with great bathrooms with also heritage style.

It's been a short stay here but the staff are very welcoming & friendly. Centrally located in town, 500 metres from Pottery Square and a short walk from Bhaktapur Durbar Square, this is a great base to explore Bhaktapur. The stylish rooms, free Wi-Fi, and lovely seating areas in the garden and rooftop terrace. With its eclectic look of old and new, incorporating reclaimed windows and bricks into its design, every piece at the hotel has a story, a history, a connection to Nepali artisans, and a flavour of the local community.

The hotel is located in an old hisorical heritage area of Katmandu. The hotel is not so big but well kept and very quaint. Staff are all friendly and area is quiet and safe. Had lunch at the restaurant on 1st floor and was very tasty. For desert we had dahi, a curd which is sweetened baked yoghurt. It is also popular in India.
Stayed one night. Room is well kepted and feels like you are sleeping in a historical place. Many furnishings are actual antiques and stone flooring on 1st floor is 400 years old from an old palace. Staff are super friendly.

Beautiful place to be. Especially for some function or gathering. Fusion of traditional bhaktapurian newari flavour and western comforts. The staffs will treat you royal. Its expensive for nepalese but it was earlier focussed only for tourists, later opened for nepalese as well. Nice clean open peaceful surroundings. As you roam around the place, you will feel as if you are in a mini museum! All in all great place!

This hotel has all of my favorite things--beautiful, eclectic design (aspects from all over Nepal, and the world). The rooms are beautiful, comfortable beds; there is hot water in a beautifully designed bathroom. Clean. WiFi service. Convenient location for a base within the city/country. A staff that treat you like a very honored guest, most speak very passable English.

The proprietor Prakash is extremely helpful both within and outside of the hotel and speaks English quite well. Also he is a marshal arts champion. His connections for everything from drivers to craftspersons were nice, trustworthy, welcoming people, but he never gave anything but a soft sell (all that was ever necessary). The food...oh the food! A truly Grande introduction to the cuisines of Nepal and the Himalayas. The bar is has a great selection of local and international brands (Nepali whiskey tastes like Calvados/AppleJack!). I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Kathmandu valley, especially for a pre-/post-trek treat, in a heartbeat.

Do yourself a service, and stay here (or at the very least, stop by for a bite to eat!) while in Nepal.
