Would 100% recommend this place to everyone. My i-phone stopped working after getting in contact with water and although every other store I visited told me there was nothing they could do and that I should instead buy a new one, this store reassured me that the problem was fixable and I didn't have to buy a new phone. The only people that didn't care about making a profit out of making me buy a new i-phone. The fixed it for a low price and now its working perfectly. Thank you!

The owner is a very kind person who genuinely wants to help. In general the quoted rates are much cheaper than the others stores in Utrecht. My phone had a battery port related issue and he realised it was just a small fix. He didn't charge a single nickle. Very very impressive service and a true gentlemen.

Thanks and please do visit him for any mobile issue/new /second chance phone.

Very professional and reliable. I have been here twice with my broken mobile phone, and both times they were able to fix it. The prices are reasonable too, and the owners very kind. I highly recommend them for phone repairs in Utrecht!

FORGET FIXABLES - BEST STORE IN TOWN
I got my Galaxy A50s (obscure model, I know), fixed within 24 hours once, and later again in 15 minutes thanks to some of the best service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. For the lovely people at the GSM shop, the customer is always number 1. and you will be accommodated and served like a King/Queen, with very affordable and fair prices. Cannot recommended enough and thank you for all your help.

Great staff. So friendly. I had to wait before my telephone was ready. While waiting we had a very nice chat. Almost felt like home!
The only shop where I stop by for reparations or other things regarding my mobile. They take good care, prices are o.k.

Great! The repair took a bit more time than promised, but only because they didn't want to do anything that would not make me happy, and needed extra confirmations. They went to extra lengths to get me exactly the part I wanted. I would take this extra care above speed any time :D

These guys are amazing!
Very friendly and also expert in their job. They fixed my iPhone 5s that had broken display within 30 minutes (as promised). Only charged me 75 euros with addition of a full phone cover for free! Note that I went to apple store and they said that its unfixable. They wanted to charge me 290 euros for a brand new iPhone 5s.

This is definitely a 5 star.

My phone was totally destroyed, really. They fix it perfectly, everything as if it was new for 70 euros, they did a great job , only in 2 hours and they are really nice with their consumers. If you have any problem you should go there : there are really professional

Excellent service, they replaced my computer battery in a very short time and are very helpful. What's more they are very friendly, they offered me an iced tea! This is my go to place, I highly recommend it.

I was visiting Utrecht for a day (last week) and damaged my smartphone. I was in the middle of my trip and needed my phone to be repaired asap. I visited this shop and sought their help, and they tried their best to repair my phone which was severely water damaged. Apparently the phone's screen was so damaged that it could only be replaced and not repaired, however, since I was carrying a BLU phone and its parts were not available in the shop, they decided not to charge me anything for the phone.

I then bought a second hand iphone from the store at a very reasonable price. My luck wasnt on my side, and I could not successfully create an apple id with that phone. All three individuals present in the store paid attention to this peculiar case and when they figured out something was wrong about the phone, they replaced that phone free of cost and helped me create an account with this other phone. They even helped me recharge and download some basic apps using their wifi.

All this took about 3 hours almost, at the end of which I was relieved despite this unplanned expense incurred during the trip. I am grateful for all the patience and cordiality they showed and how well behaved they were. This reminded me of days when people prioritized making human connections over profit in their business.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all three of you present that day in the shop for all your help.

I brought my iphone for reparation after my screen broke in pieces. They replaced my screen in a record time (25min to 30min) and the phone looks as nieuw. Very good price as well.

Super fast and friendly service! Perfect result in under 15 minutes, they even stayed open a little longer so they could fix my screen.

A very good shop with quality products. They are very efficient and honest. If you want quality products, I would recommend that you go there. Also they can give you a very good prognosis of your phone and they are very good at repairing phones.
