Beautiful modern train station with a large shopping centred attached. A great place for Dutch train spotting.
Came in winter this time so the whole place is decorated with Christmas trees, full of festive moods.

What a pleasure to change trains here.

A bright airy station with many businesses within.

I felt safe well informed and there were plenty of staff around to ask questions of if needed.

There are good train destination boards that are easy to read and the signage is simple to follow.

Stopped for a very nice coffee in one of the small shops.

There is also a book exchange which looks nice and is very mature.

Beautiful modern station in a central location. The connection by public transport is super convenient. There is also a huge bicycle garage. Various stores and restaurants are available. More than 20 tracks accessible by escalator as well as elevator. The whole station is very clean. A highlight for all train fans.

One of the best train stations in the Netherlands I have seen so far. Have a wide linked train between the main cities in the country. Clean and tidy, the security officers are everywhere there and make it more safe.

One of the most beautiful designed railway station. It's a more or less a super Mall. Beautiful architecture design, light works, restaurants and amazing surrounding buildings. Its looks more beautiful in night when lights are on. Love the beautiful place. Well done.

Beautiful station! Very convenient too.

One of the busiest railway stations in the NL, this modern station features a striking design with a big curved roof made if steel and glass, allowing more natural light to come to the hall. The station offers various facilities like shops, restaurants and waiting areas. The basement brings bike parking areas since cycling is a popular mode of transportation in the NL.

Passed through Utrecht Centraal station en route to Germany from the Netherlands in late April 2023. Large modern station with many shops and eateries. Easy to navigate.

Got here the moment I left Schipol. Been here around 20 times, fairly big. Lots of stores inside and outside the train station. Lots of places to go in the vicinity, especially right next to the movie theater. Close to most places in Utrecht.

I liked the vibe and design of the station, so aesthetically designed to have seats for waiters, shops to eat and huge passage on both sides for the passengers.

Great station, quite spacious and well attached to many facilities. Well done to the building designers, engineers, operators and service attendants.

Big, clean and modern train station. Connection to busses and other transport. Loads of shops, and coffee bars as well as shops. The station is close to a huge shopping mall and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful center of Utrecht.

Both the railway station and the bus station are the largest and busiest in the Netherlands. The bicycle parking on the east side is the largest in the world.

The railway station has sixteen platform tracks (of which twelve are through tracks) and 194,385 embarking and disembarking passengers per day, excluding transfers.

Because of its central location in the Netherlands, Utrecht Centraal is the most important railway hub of the country with more than 1000 departures per day.

Connecting hub and easy to navigate the next train. I used it while Transiting to Gouda, Netherlands

Really great place where to stop, start or even just change the train on the journey. The station is modern and well designed for everybody. The information is easy to see and get it.
Everything is clear and understandable. There is also a bunch of stores where to buy some snacks, drinks, or whole meals. Fantastic experience, thank you🌴

Very nice train station to be. Easy to dictate platforms to access other cities.

EDIT: sometime after my review they fixed one of the two escalators of platform 11/12. So now i put back 5 stars.

I love this station but the one star review is for one reason only. Platform 11/12 have the escalators broken on both sides for more than half year (see pics).
When is this going to be fixed?

Easy connections and excellent signage.

Clean. Well sign-posted. Plenty toilet facilities. Lifts and escalators all functional. Train timetables easily seen and understood.
