Hotel NH Utrecht

We stayed for a couple of days, really fantastic hotel, nice quiet location, the room was bright, airy and clean. Aircon and heating functioning well. The bathroom was clean, water pressure from the shower was amazing, our home shower now feels like a dribble compared to theirs. Breakfast buffet every morning, huge selection of food, from bacon and eggs to cereal choices, continental, kept us fueled for the day ahead. All the staff were really helpful, friendly and professional. Room cleaned daily. High quality food at the restaurant and bar area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Utrecht for six nights, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail impressed me.

Situated in the center on Utretch, it provides easy access to nearby attractions, making it a perfect choice for travelers looking to explore the area on foot. I particularly appreciated its proximity to the Jaarbeurs, where I attended a travel exhibition. The convenience of getting to the exhibition made my trip even more enjoyable.

We had a great experience at the NH Hotel Utrecht. There was some trouble with the key card on the last night but the front desk staff sorted it out for us. Pamela at the breakfast restaurant was super friendly and helpful, thanks Pamela! The rooms are clean and simple, which I liked, but it meant there was not much space to put things if you wanted to unpack your bag. You may have to get creative.

I stayed on the 16th floor , the view incredible , the room was clean , quiet and beatifull but the most important was that the service of the hotel staff was perfect , always with a smile on their faces and ready to help you with anything you need. Thanks for everything .

The rooms definitely deserve their four star ratings: ours was very large for the Netherlands, in perfect condition, and with a really modern bathroom. The minibars have been replaced with a small shopping area at the entrance (looks a bit odd, but offers you more choice). The hotel is not in the old town but a short walk away. It is however very close to the station, yet reasonably calm inside. We had one dinner at the restaurant, which was good. The staff at the reception was a bit distant, and could be more friendly.

A wonderful experience, a hotel located in the middle of Utrecht, in the middle of the most important Dutch city, with a more than wonderful location and excellent service

The hotel room was very big and nice. Despite being near Utrecht Centraal station, it was quiet and you couldn’t hear the streets at all.

Good amenities as well with a gym located on the fourth floor as well as a cashier-less convenient store in the lobby if you wanted to get any snacks.

Amazing hotel 100% recommended. Rooms were pristine views were incredible all night long and breakfast options were diverse and mixed as well as yummy and there was always something for everyone. It was in excellent location near the theatre and train station. The items on the little shop by the entrance were a bit pricey as a tiny can of pringles was 5 and a half Euros. But staff were polite and willing to help.

Excellent hotel, clean. A good meat meal and besides, my brother is allergic to milk, so the chef and the dining hall staff made sure he had a special meal without milk. The rooms are clean and everything is excellent. Thank you.

Good hotel, as expect from NH. It's in the best possible location in Utrecht.
When visiting the Netherlands, it's better and cheaper to stay in Utrecht than in Amsterdam.

We had planned to stay here in 2019 for a convention that we never got to. So we can in 2023 and found it really is convenient to the central station and Hoog Catherine shopping centre. The old town is easily walkable from there too.
Service was friendly and helpful . It’s good to have luggage drop off when you arrive earlier than the standard 3pm check in. If you like a bigger drink of coffee or tea in your room, the cups are too small. We asked for and received a few extra tall glasses that we used for filtered coffee and a cup of tea.
All in all it was very clean, quiet and convenient. It’s really a business hotel but when we were there last week, Utrecht was 33 Celsius and humid and the hotel aircon was a nearby relief

Great hotel and service. Room was spacious and well equipped. Everything spotless clean, cleaning ladies were nice. Great location, perfect sound isolation. The price, although high, matches the quality of rooms and service. Would have been better if breakfast was included in the price.

Other then the prices of the snacks downstairs, the breakfast is great, the beds are comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful. There was an issue at check-in but it wasn't there fault but the company that booked the hotel. The free wifi is a hit or miss. I had a lot of problems with it in my room. But I downloaded the stuff I wanted and then watched it or listened to it.

Hotel is in centre of Utrecht, easy accessible by tram, tram, bus or car. Underground parking is close to hotel. Rooms are spacious, with coffee cattle, small fridge, flatiron. The bed is optimally hard for a comfortable sleep.

Only half and hour from Amsterdam by train. 2 minutes to the train station. Plenty of food, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check if city taxes are included in your booking as we had to pay when we arrived without any prior notice. That was disappointing.

Excellent hotel, pretty much like what you expect from NH. It looks dated from the outside, but not at all inside. Its access for cars is really weird, but your navigator should find the right way. Noise insulation between rooms is excellent: we could hear our neighbours in the corridor, they were really noisy, but nothing in our room. Regarding location, you're near Utrecht Centraal: good if you come by train, excellent if you go to the Jaarbeurs, probably not good if you want to visit the city.

Stayed in this hotel during summer. Just a 2 min walk to the central station and very near to the beautiful city center of Utrecht.
