I went to the Coolblue shop to buy a new mobile phone. I got good advice. Real advice. I wanted a cheap phone and he didn't try to make me buy a more expensive one. Then he helped me to switch all the data from my old phone to the new one. In the meantime (things uploading) he helped other clients, but he gave us coffee and came by every now and then to check if everything still went okay. Friendly, good service, good coffee.

Shout out to the guys from support department they have great knowledge and are fantastic in helping you out. In my case it was a nonworking HP printer, but I walked out with a working printer.

You need to take a ticket and wait ("8 customers before you") to buy a gift card... That's ridiculous.

But we were helped super quick, Smartie was very nice and helpful!! ☀

That was my first time visiting Coolblue. Really nice system here. You enter and get greeted by a customer frinedly staff. You give your name and you are placed on the waiting queue. I was also asked if I wanted to have some drinks while waiting, which is very kind. Despite having 3 people ahead of me, I didn't wait longer than 2 minutes. I was called and greeted by the customer service staff. I told him the products I needed and he created the offer for me, then gathered products from the depot. I was offered a hot beverage once again while he was finalizing the steps. I paid and then left the store. Everything was relatively easy compared to other massive electronic shops I've been to.

Super nice store , people who helped me where honest and tried really hard to help me.

This was my first time shopping there and I gotta say, I’ve never spent my money with more pleasure! The people at the store are kind and helpful and pay attention to give the best experience to the customers. Also, in contrary to similar stores, they are not desperately trying to sell you products, they seem genuine in their way of subtle guidance. Definitely it’s going to be my go to store if I want to buy any tech 😌

Helpful and friendly staff. Their suggestions were very useful and we are very happy with our Tado thermostats. The store itself is not too big but they do have select products.

I'm very satisfied :) got answers to all my questions , and very quick help with choosing the right products , even if the product is out of stock then u get delivered next day (on Sunday's) for sure ill come back 10/10 for the service and very friendly and helpful personel :)

This company really cares about their customers and their experience. Starting from a user friendly website, free and very fast delivery, accurate delivery information (time slot), good delivery service that calls you politely to ask to which neighbor can be delivered, great quality packaging to protect the product (and a beautiful and exciting blue color), and if necessary contact with customer service, you get helped fast and efficiently. In sum, always choose to buy with coolblue instead of any other competitors. Super recommended ❤

Wonderful service. Phone helpdesk, in the store and their own delivery service by bike. Just excellent.

Coolblue seems a bit more expensive than most competitors, but they always seem to have the right stuff in stock for pick up and if they don't they will get it for you really fast. On top of that, this must be one of the most customer friendly shops around. Sometimes you have to wait, but that is because they take the time for each and every customer that walks in. Also, their webshop is one of the best experiences you can have when shopping online.

Pleasant experience for what would otherwise be a boring errand, due to the helpfulness and nice spirit of all guys working there. They are doing their best to minimize the waiting time and will even stay longer after closing if an issue is persisting :-)

Great shop! The employees make you smile right when walking in. A lot of knowledge with the employees. And getting a true value for the money you spend there.

Excellent store. They don't have many products on display, so it's mostly a store to pick up orders, get advice, and a place to go for RMA service. Nevertheless, it's a nicely put together store, and the staff is super friendly. They always offer a cup of coffee while you wait, and they always try to make sure you leave the store happy.

There's free private parking at the DIY store next to it (which is legal to do). If you must, right in front of the store are paid municipal parking spaces. This store doesn't have free parking of its own, which is understandable.

My experience at Coolblue was phenomenal. Their customer service is top level. I would like to thank Frederique and Chanel personally for their kind e-mails when solving an issue I had. You made my day.

It's becoming like media markt, but with far far far greater service, identity, selling great products for fair prices. Have done purchases, refunds, returns, warranty items: great service through the entire customer life cycle. Also great website, clear overview of products and it invites people to write honest reviews. Would like to have better filter functionality though.

The store was very busy and i had to wait 15-20 min.

I came looking to buy new kitchen appliances because i recently moved to Utrecht. My number got called and Gianni came to pick me up. I normally don't leave reviews but this one really stood out! He helped me in every possible way he was able to and his energy was very positive. I like that i wasn't being pushed into buying anything and that i didn't feel rushed.

No more bad service from Mediamarkt anymore.
