Super helpful staff (especially the ladies in Utrecht) in case you're a newbie. They have a menu as well so it's easy to pick what you want. There's also delivery to your house in case you can't make it to the locations

Located in the centre of Utrecht. Really nice place with a vast selection of devices and flavours. Nikolai helped me quit smoking and it's definitely changed my life! My favourite flavours are from the Migo range: would highly recommend the Melon Smoothie, Tropical Mix, and Strawberry Lemonade.

Gelukkig is er nog een "ROOKWINKEL" in Utrecht mooie winkel zeer vakkundig personeel.

Nu 5x wat online besteld en 5x gaat het super. Wordt netjes optijd bezorgd en goed verpakt. Enige nadeel is dat het verzenden niet gratis is terwijl dat bij andere shops wel zo is. Maar ja die leveren of niet optijd of maken er een zooi van met verkeerde spullen leveren. Misschien in de toekomst gratis verzending zeier met de hoeveelheid die er wordt besteld.

Veel keus ruim assortiment. Als klant voel je je hier echt koning. Er wordt een goed en eerlijk advies gegeven en als beginnende damper nemen ze de tijd voor je met al je vragen en uitleg. Ook na de koop is de klantvriendelijkheid erg goed als je binnenloopt voor aanvullend advies.
