Very helpful. I was waiting for an urgent call but my usb-port broke. I rushed to Arslan for help and they were wonderful. Their repair technician worked on it directly and non-stop for the better part of an hour and had me pay 35 euros for installing an entirely new port. I don't know if that's the best price, but I know that for an hour of labour and a new part it was a fair price to me.
While I was waiting the store clerk was friendly and really knowledgable about the estimates on the repairs of a friend's phone. He had a big mouth but it seems to be a bit of an act and I was more entertained than offended.
When I came back home and opened my phone I was delighted. It was hardly visible that anyone had been in there.

Ze hebben mij scherm weer super gemaakt, ze weten wat ze doen en zijn vertrouwbaar, ze bellen netjes alles na zorgen dat alles weer wordt gerepareerd. Top service, ook zijn ze eerlijk over de prijs.

Miij laad connecter was kapot vervangen voor de laagste prijs €25,00, na 2 Manden weer kapot gegaan gerapareerd voor het garantie. Echte aanrader volgende probleem met mijn telefoon ga ik zeker terug.

Vriendelijke man, netjes geholpen halfuur voor een schermreparatie klaar terwijl je wacht of even de straat inloop, mobiel ziet weer netjes uit en voor een goeie prijs, ( verderop voor een Samsung A13 5G
vraagt andere winkel schermreparatie €180 ( reparatie store half van de prijs gerepareerd. Dankjewel.
