My favorite Persian store in the Netherlands! You can find almost anything needed to make delicious Persian stews here. 🍲

Herbs, vegetables and fruits are of excellent quality. I find them fresher and tastier than those in big supermarkets. 🪴🍅🌽🍏

Staff is super friendly and nice. 👏🏼

Prices are moderate and better relatively lower than bigger supermarkets. 💶

Tip: make sure to try some of their Persian ice creams when there! 🍨

Probably my favourite food shop on the Kanaalstraat. Friendly staff, fresh vegetables and fruits, including rarer ones, and the rest of the assortment is far from boring. Interesting things to try from a lot of different cultures. But also just good food and even drinks (wine and beer included).

I just love this place! It might look small from the outside, but inside you will find different products from different countries that you don't usually find in NL. I like the fact that the plastic wraps are as little as possible and that you can buy in bulk things like nuts, pasta, legumes and so on. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Totally recommended!

This shop is a hidden gem. If you are looking for a shop which has spices, ingredients, nuts, fresh herbs and many other items for preparing food/baking from Africa to Asia, from southern Europe to Nordics, from Middle East to South America, this shop has all! For example, I could get abundant supply of dry yeast here last year during the lockdown when other shops run out of stock. I could find authentic chermoula paste here when no other shops sell this. The staff are very helpful. I’m so glad to have found such a shop in Utrecht.

Mostly I picked up rice , notes and herbs but newly they have also fresh vegetables and fruit with good prices , as a matter a fact the reason that I prefer to do the grocery there , is cleanness of the store and of course the staff are really friendly 👍🏼

I love the range of the products in this store. Both fresh and dried from all over the world. Fruit and vegetables, herbs sauces, yeast, pulses and cereals.

The best provision shop on Kanalstraat. They have a good approach to reducing plastic by having dispensers for nuts and such. Would recommend.
