The vegan macaroons are hands down the best we have ever tasted, vegan or non vegan. We were visiting family in Groningen from England and found this place. Ordered the box of 20 and we need to come back again asap!

Loved these macaroons. So delicious. But they will definitely stay my little treat from time to time, since macaroons are (in general) a little expensive. But delicious. Can't wait for my next macaroon treat. Which will definitely be here. Then have so many different tastes. And the staff is super friendly.

Smaakaron was present at the Funky Vegan Festival in Amsterdam and I was incredibly excited to try their macarons. The individual who served me was so kind and helpful when giving advice on what is best to try. Overall, these were absolutely delicious!

Found this lovely gem on my first visit to Groningen and was not dissapointed. I was surprised to find a vegan macaron that tasted like the real deal. Wish they had one in London. Thank you to the owners for their amazing hospitality. 😍🇳🇱👨‍🍳

I absolutely enjoy the macarons here. So far, my favorite flavor is coconut&white chocolate! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Will visit again!

Definitely the best Macarons in town, possibly the best ones I ever had anywhere to be honest. Small, but very friendly business. Pick some up as a gift (for yourself).

Nice place for a coffee with something sweet that can be a macaron or a cinnamon roll. They also have really good cheese soufflé.
