Last Sunday I ordered some things for takeout. The staff was very friendly and the service was really good. When at home, the food was still warm and really delicious. I recommend the mie bakso and mie ayam!

Best Indonesian food in town!

The chefs are originally from West Java - widely known for their delicious food!

Ordered Batagor, Cuanki (a must), assortment of fritters, and Mie Gacoan - taste of every single thing is 💯

Prices are also very reasonable for this level of excellency

Only opens on Sunday, so your Sunday lunch is settled!

We had assorted fritters, Mie ayam (a noodle dish with meatball and chicken) and the desert Cendol iver here. I liked the mie ayam a lot. They also serve sambal if you would like to adjust the spice level. Overall nice experience on a sunday afternoon.

I recently visited this fantastic street food spot, and it's an absolute gem for satisfying your Indonesian street food cravings. Personally, I couldn't get enough of their Cuanki and Cendol; the flavors are outstanding. And let me tell you, their Pempek and Batagor are so delightful as well. If you're in the mood for authentic Indonesian street food, this place is a must-visit!

If you miss the taste of flavorful Indonesian food or keen to taste Indonesian food, this is a really good place to visit!

It serves several Indonesian meal as well as Indonesian snacks. The price is still reasonable.

I ordered the Mie Bakso and I really love the OG taste of the broth. Also order the Cireng is a must!
The ‘Batagor’ is also very tasty!

The place is inside Healthy Way restaurant and it only open on Sunday from 1 PM to 6 PM. Make sure to come on Sunday, otherwise you won’t meet these Jajanan NL’s deliciousness.

As an Indonesian, I guarantee that this is authentic Indonesian food. Every bite I take reminds me of my home country which I miss so much. In addition, the atmosphere of the restaurant is reminiscent of a typical Indonesian restaurant, with many people dining and get together. I recommend anyone, who loves Indonesia so much, to come here and enjoy the meal, cause I’ll come by some time later

The place to go for actual Indonesian streetfood!

If you live in the Netherlands, you’re definitely familiar with nasi rames, nasi & bami goreng, sate ayam, etc. While you can find great toko’s offering a variety of dishes inspired by Indonesian cuisine in Groningen, there’s none that offers actual street food that modern-day Indonesians grow up eating. Think of batagor, pempek, mie ayam, bakso, cireng.. Although you won’t find your usual nasi rames speciaal, do come in to experience a different side of Indonesian cuisine & the great hospitality of the staffs!

You can reserve a table & order in advance - they respond pretty quickly. Jajanan also offers some frozen food if you want to stock up at home. I tried the frozen bakso & pempek, they’re quite good! PS: Jajanan is only open on Sundays. Place your order during the week & have it ready for your Sunday lunch or dinner 😌

The best Indonesian food I’ve ever had (in the Netherlands). The service could be faster, it’s too slow now even for drinks (without being informed). Would recommend Mie Gacoan if you can eat spicy food.

The food was tasty as always. There was a moment when we arrived to use our voucher, not realizing it had expired. So, we ordered our food, and only after realizing the voucher was expired, we informed the waitress that we wouldn't be able to use it. She offered to check with the staff to see if the expired voucher could still be applied. Obviously, we couldn't use the voucher, but unexpectedly, we were gifted a free iced tea! :D

Venturing on a gastronomic quest from Antwerp to Groningen might sound like a wild journey, but let me assure you, it was a decision that transcended mere mileage, because it’s worth the effort ! Nestled amidst the charming streets of Groningen, this hidden gem, beckons adventurous souls and hungry hearts alike ! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by friendly staff. Their warm smiles, enthusiasm, and ambiance set the tone for typical Indonesian genuine hospitality. And the food, of course they were amazing ! Every dish that graced my table was a kind of nostalgic journey back then when I was living in Indonesia. I couldn't help but make a silent promise to return soon :’)
