We walked in after our boat tour on a rainy cold fall Friday, the staff was so kind and helpful, the outdoor area was warm and cozy and the food was delicious 🤤. The mustard soup was exquisite and the mini burger was juicy and flavorful. The carpaccio sandwich was good, just ask for some mayo to bring up a notch 😉. The whole experience was a warm pleasant delight!! Totally recommend it!!

I recently visited this restaurant and had a delightful experience overall. The food was excellent, with a nice selection of dishes to choose from, and the fresh beer added to the enjoyment of the meal. Although there was a small issue with my steak being served medium rare instead of well cooked, the server was understanding and promptly replaced it with the correctly prepared steak, which turned out to be delicious. The only downside was that the portion size of the food was a bit smaller than expected. Nonetheless, it's a great spot to unwind and relax, especially on a sunny day.

A crowded restaurant smack in the middle of the cruise/ boat rental row of Giethoorn. It was full of tourists but the service was prompt and staff were really helpful. We ordered Royale Kip Sate and Fish & chips; the Kip Sate was amazing and the fish was very fresh, and well prepared. Overall, it was an awesome experience, strongly recommended.

Also, we had our boat trips from here as well. The tour guide was friendly and humorous. The nature park of Giethoorn is truly amazing.

All the food are so delicious. Definitely unexpected! Staff is very friendly, too!

We were looking for vegetarian options and I felt happy and satisfied having our lunch here . Amazing pasta with mushrooms , nice zucchini soup . Everything was great with nice portion size and taste ❤❤

Ordered pork burger. It was delicious, great portion and affordable. The lady waiter is so patient and kind, nice vibe along the canal for people watching

Food and beer are great - we had delicious sandwiches and local beers! Staff is super friendly! And, we had a boat trip around the canals, which was lovely. Johann was our guide (sorry if I misspelled your name!), and he was just perfect - we learned a lot about the area, and had so much fun!

Superb experience! We did the boat tour with the high tea. The high tea was one of the best I've had! Enough food to make you want to pop, and everything was tasty and well made. A real treat! The staff are friendly and helpful, and make you feel very welcome.

We rented a boat trip online. It was wonderful. A great experience. The captain was very friendly and funny. We enjoyed. I truly recommend this company

This is a review about the Boat Tour that we took here.The price was with 20% discount on the Interne, so we did choose that option.
The tour guide we had was an elderly gentlemen, funny and kept a good humor in the boat.
Since it is winter the boat was cold but they had blankets to use.
The tour is very nice and you can take photos and videos as well.
We were inly 7 people in the boat so that was fun.
Giethorn is like a small Venice in Holland so it does bring back some memories if Venice if you have been there.
I would definitelt recommend this tour ride which is an hour approx.
The lake is not deep so people can learn how to 'walk on water' here since there is no danger of drowning...
Enjoy the place...you can take a walk after the tour..it is nice as well..

Close by the water (and many boats that you can hire to explore the wonderful waterways of Giethoorn). Friendly staff. Great coffee (and the small glass of whipped cream with syrup that gets served with itl is to die for...

Restaurant was neat and clean. Courteous staff. Tasty food. Has vegetarian options.

Simple food but suprisingly so delicious!

Enjoyed lunch here after pur canal ride. They offer seating indoors, outdoors and in a glassed-in patio.

Charming restaurant and friendly staff. Authentic food made fresh daily. Reasonable price and delightful menu. If you order a bowl of soup, it is served in a small crock. Perfect for 2 to share. Nice wine and beer selection.
