We booked a car though bookings and there was a mistake from their side.
After a very polite negotiation the team managed to give us an upgrade for free for us to have the seven seats needed.
The agent was incredibly nice and even spoke in Spanish with us. She and the office manager took very good care of us. Kuddos to Avis Schipol team. Thank you very much

It was easy and nice experience! Anjanka was our agent that helped us rent a car and helped us return a car. She was able to explain to us everything before and after car rental.

I’ve rent a few cars in the last few months and never had an issue, good and clean cars, great service for check in and check out, I had once a small damage on my windscreen due to a rock and had no insurance, the extra cost I had to pay was sorted out the next day and it was acceptable, would have been almost the same price if I had fix it myself.

I've rented a car from Schiphol's Avis few times for work trips. Paper work has been pretty quick at the desk and getting the car is easy. The cars have been in good shape and new. A quick and friendly service when returning the car. Also no problems when I had the car reserved for two weeks and returned it one week early when we had a sudden change in project. Overall a nice experience.

Had to go to a funeral in Schagen in the Netherlands. Hired a Corsa in Schipol airport from Avis/Budget. The car was exactly as I'd chosen, immaculately presented and drove like a dream. Car return was quick and pleasant, so no issues. Would recommend you use them, although the 85€ for 1 day was a little steep I thought.

When I arrived, there was a little confusion about the reservation in the computer system and the people at the AVIS frontdesk at the arrivals hall did a very good job at sorting it out. They made sure I got the right car under the agreed conditions and were quick to solve the issue. The rental went perfect

I had a very good experience at the AVIS. It took around 30 min to get the key and go out with the auto. The check was smooth, and the staff was very supportive. Check out was also very smooth. Within 5 min, check out was done. I would recommend AVIS.

The car was prefect, service as well. Would like to point out that it would be better if in the tall at the airport a clerk should use a speaker to be better understood. The noise at the airport was quite disturbing and couldn't understand the clerk properly. beside that all was good.
