Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

My favorite hotel in the Amsterdam region - Rooms are clean and generally quite nice, i have often received a bathtub. Gym is quite good for a hotel gym. Food is okay, breakfast is excellent though. Only one stop from the airport so fairly quick to get there and back again, overall highly recommended.

Great location 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Amsterdam airport. It took me 15 minutes to get to the hotel from airport.
Hotel itself is clean and modern, rooms are comfortable, personnel is friendly and polite. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is so cute, everything is spotless, neat and organized! I ordered their homemade tea and it was just lovely! 🥰

All food and beverages aside what I want to compliment most is stuff! They are so friendly and welcoming, caring and always willing to assist with recommendations and food/drinks pairing! In this busy area its so nice to see that someone care that much about customers!

Great lobby with lots of places to sit. We were given a welcome drink of choice, which includes wine, beer, etc.

Room was clean and comfy.

Overall my family really enjoyed out time here.

As a single business traveller they make the experience great. The restaurant especially caters so well for the single diner from the pleasant greeting from Romena on reception to the tables making it feel like you’re not a sad loner! The hotel facilities are good and the as the train station is so close it’s simple to get to the airport and into Amsterdam.

I have been staying in this hotel several times and I always feel very welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, staff very kind and professional. The bar and restaurant are also very nice and prices are reasonable taking into consideration the quality of the service. It’s definitely my preferred hotel for my trips to Amsterdam

Enjoyed the location as it’s very close to the train so airport and lots of places are accessible. Better than most other hotels for that alone. Breakfast was great. Lots of items. Even dinner was very nice and good food. No s to travel too far for food when it’s right there. Local food is good too. I’d stay again. My only issue is it’s not a Marriott brand as I’m a junkie so saying all this takes a lot.

The staff is the highlight of our stay, they have been amazing, and cheers to all of them. The hotel is magnific, the room is beyond comfortable. Is worth the price, I recommend it!

Industrial area perfect for business trips short hop on train to city centre and airport
Nightmare after saying they would mail my invoice they didn’t so perhaps insist on a paper version. Back and forth trying to get one and they keep saying they can’t locate me on the system or recognise the booking number

The hotel was very beautiful. The staff was super nice and helpful.

The bar was very active and fun, and the breakfast was simply delicious. I highly recommend.

Modern, good design, very clean. Perfect location for travellers to or from Schiphol airport, it is literally 5 minutes by train. The staff is super friendly.
Some minor nuisances:
1. No warm water, apparently for the entire hotel - sure, this can happen, bad luck. There was no proactive offer for compensation though. A warm shower is one of the key features of a hotel before or after a journey.
2. The contactless check-in and smartphone key is a nice feature, but not entirely thought through. The smartphone key works for room door, gym, even elevator activation. However, the room still has the typical "insert a keycard to activate power" device. So you have to go to the reception to check in if you want the lights to turn on. Since I wasn't in the mood to head back downstairs and talk to someone in the middle of the night, I tried using a debit card and it works too. But that's kind of a makeshift solution and I would propose to have a non-programmed key card in every room, as long as these activation devices are installed.

The location of the Novotel is just perfect next to the train station and the office. The rooms are ver nice and modern. With a sofa.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. We had a nice room with a good view. The hotel may be a little far from amsterdam central but not a problem because the hotel is just a walking distance to the bus stop and train station.

We just got home from here and I couldn't not write a review for this wonderful hotel. The lady who checked us in could not have been nicer, the room was lovely and spacious and at such a great price, the lobby and restaurant were gorgeous, we ordered room service twice as it was so delicious and reasonably priced and the location could not have been better, just a few minutes walk to Hoofddorp station. The next time we are traveling to Amsterdam we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean Hotel, quite accessible. So chic and trendy! I’m sure if this hotel was @ the centre it would be fully booked all the time! 😊

One of the better hotels that we have stayed in Germany and Holland. Room is relatively big for 3 pax and clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Near to town and airport. Would recommend to stay again in the future

Well located. The hotel is 7 mins walk from the train and bus station. It is also 2 bustops using bus 169 and 162 to the shopping mall. It is also 7 mins from the airport and 4 train stops to Amsterdam central. Very clean and breakfast on point. Overall excellent staff.

This is a great site for a conference next to the airport and public transit. Great facilities overall. The rooms are of economical fare. The location is a bit far from downtown, but Amsterdam can be reached easily by the Sprinter Train.

Wined and dined at the bar/restaurant. All of the waiters and bar staff were very helpful. Plus the drinks were the best we have had in Amsterdam (we are visiting from London)
