I'm not giving it two stars because of the lockdown situation but the sales man had both terrible Dutch and English! This is an international airport you can do better

The middle-aged lady working customer service is incredibly rude, I work customer service myself and never experienced anything like it. The young lady working at the till is very friendly, but her colleague makes me rate this shop 1 star.

Super rude salesperson , with the limited travelers going through the airport, I would up the friendliness and drop the irritated attitude.

Muy mala experiencia de atención. La vendedora tiene muy mal trato. Independiente del idioma su forma de atender es pésima. No recomendable. La tienda es buena, pero la vendedora espanta a los clientes, un desagrado comprar en este lugar.
