Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport

Great service, lovely staff, soundproof rooms, couldn’t hear a thing even if you are nearby the airport. Spotless clean. Restaurant for breakfast is so delicious, totally worth it. Location is too far from the city, 50 min with bus. Any case is a super nice hotel if you going to the airport. They even bring you with a shuttle bus in 10 min.

This Hyatt Place was an unexpected gem.

We only stayed here because it was close to the airport and I’ll have to admit I didn’t expect much.

However, the staff and hotel here really surprised me.

First off, the decor is much better than any other Hyatt Place I’ve ever been to.

As a Globalist, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

When I arrived at my room, I had a handwritten note from the manager, as well as two vouchers for free drinks as well.

I used these vouchers for wine at the bar, which was a nice way to settle in before my early flight the next morning.

From check-in to arriving at my room, I felt extremely valued as a customer.

The shining star was Edith who welcomed us to breakfast.

I’m not a morning person, especially on mornings when I have to travel, but she made my morning and instantly put me in a good mood.

As a Globalist, she escorted us to a private section and helped us get coffee.

She also let me know about other dishes she could help provide outside of the buffet, which I really appreciated.

She had such a bubbly personality and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her when she wasn’t helping other patrons.

As we were leaving, the shuttle was on time, which I greatly appreciate as someone who has a lot of anxiety when I travel.

I would happily stay here again if I ever visit Amsterdam again.

A well situated hotel for airport access. The hotel has a large, modern lobby and comfortable bar. Staff from reception to bar/restaurant and beyond were very approachable and friendly. The bar offers a very good pizza, and the hotel shuttle is very efficient. The rooms were very comfortable and warm. I had a pleasant stay.

Mr. Tayfun, one of your hotel employees, gave us a very nice customer experience. With his friendly, positive, warm and solution-oriented approach, he made our trip to Amsterdam go nice and easy. We would also like to thank you for including such a qualified personnel in your staff.

During my first time vacation in Amsterdam with my two friends in, my stay at hyatt place hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is very near to schiphol hotel and they have drop in drop off service from and to the airport. The stay actually added an extra layer of memory to my memorable Amsterdam journey. The check-in was smooth af because of friendly staff and best part is that we get three independent keys for each of us. Their gym is really good. We arrived early that day so the staff took our luggage and put that in locker without any charge. The room view is really good. Go for higher floors if you can as the view gets better with the increase in floor numbers. The culinary experience of the complementary buffet was totally amazing. Everyone should try their buffet as it's so tasty and they have so much of variety. Overall a nice cozy experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. It is only 7 minutes far from the airport with a free shuttle service. The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was super clean. I will definitely choose to stay during my trips.

I had a great stay! The staff is incredibly kind and the food in their hotel cafe is alright. The proximity of the bus station and the airport shuttle is definitely a plus

Location is good if you need the airport only that's why I gave it 3 stars but other than that it's a really good hotel and very nice step especially the Asian woman that works up with a very sweet lady and all smile

After my experience traveling and moving in hotels, I cannot speak enough to describe the service, comfort and beauty that this hotel offers, especially the breakfast buffet and service. I will visit this hotel again and special thanks to mrs Edith for her service and smile for a wonderful morning. I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The price of the room is great for what it is. My room was clean and very spacious. I used the shuttle to go to the airport and then took the train from the airport to Amsterdam centraal for the one day I went into the city. For me, it was worth it to stay here instead of pay double or triple the price to stay in a smaller room in the city. The reception was super nice and made check in very easy. Just FYI the shuttle runs every half hour from the hotel to the airport.

We stayed 1 night because we arrived in Amsterdam earlier and booked our accommodation last minute. The price was good. We arrived at the hotel around 10am and since the check-in is only at 3pm we had to wait for our room to be cleaned. The room was ready after 2h. which is nice. The front desk service was good. The breakfast was a bit expensive but there was a good variety. The beds were very comfortable and The room was clean. Overall we liked the stay.
We read reviews about the shuttle and it helped us a lot to travel downtown. Thanks 👍

Hyatt Place is easily accessible from the airport with the shuttle. The hotel was very busy. Nevertheless, the team managed to be there for the many guests and was always courteous and friendly. Many thanks to Francoise and his team, that we were greeted with a smile every morning and sent into the day. Thank you very much.

Very good room and very good breakfast (with enough new stuff the second day). Schiphol Airport has hotels on premises, including a Sheraton you can walk to. This is NOT walkable. You must wait for their van. Uber during rush hour can be hard to get for this distance ride (be sure to try Bolt app, too). Easy to time the van on your way out of the hotel (see photo), but even calling the front desk didn’t help when I wanted to find out how to get TO the hotel. The timings and directions should be in the Hyatt app and website.

I stayed one night here at the end of a birthday trip and was treated to a complimentary upgrade as well as free bar drinks and a dessert in my room. The hotel did the trick - it had a full restaurant and bar as well as an early shuttle to the airport nearby. It wasn't as close to the airport as I assumed but it was fine. While I wouldn't use this as a base to explore Amsterdam, it was incredible value, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was good. I'd definitely stay again to bridge an early morning flight.

The hotel room is very clean and the shower room is so convenient compared to the hotel that I had stayed for three days in France. Overall it’s a wonderful experience here~

Great hotel if you're wanting to stay close to Schiphol Airport. They have an airport shuttle that runs every 30 min. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Ferrari racing team was staying there if that an indication. Restaurant on-site.
