I recently purchased a TUI fly Belgium Boeing 787 Dreamliner Scale Model from House of Pilots and I wanted to share my thoughts on the product and customer service. I was really impressed with the fast and reliable customer service I received, and my order was delivered the next day which was great.

The model itself is absolutely stunning! The 1:250 scale size is perfect too as it's large enough to showcase all the details of the plane, but small enough to fit on my desk or shelf.

Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the shopping experience I had with House of Pilots. If you're a fan of aviation, I'd definitely recommend getting this scale model.

Avoid this website. I ordered and paid for a VFR chart last month, that was in stock and should be shipped within a day. Besides an order confirmation, I received no further communication. They do not answer emails and the phone number displayed on their website is no longer in use.

seem to be closed now? I placed an order before sinterklaas and never got the item despite the promises (if I was lucky to get anyone on the phone). months later there's no reimbursement. avoid.
