Hertz Schiphol Airport parking

We dropped the car off and the hertz Rep accepting the car explained the long bike we had after asking which airline! He then offered to drive us there. No convenience for them I can tell you. after passport then security we would have barely made it or early missed the flight without their help. The return was smooth, we'll planned and effortless (for us anyway) we cannot thank the staff at Hertz at Schiphol airport enough. 100% service.👍 these guys are good

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I was planning to buy a certain car, but I liked to rent it first to be able to thoroughly test it. They reserved that specific car for me while no other car rental companies do that, as you normally rent a car category instead of a specific car! Thanks for this!

At the check in, everything went smoothly and the lady at the counter was very friendly!

When returning the car, they check everything immediately and give you the receipt with the amount that will be charged! I liked that too, as you don’t have to worry about any surprises afterwards!

Great experience. When we dropped our car off the gentleman drove us to the our terminal rather than us having to do a ton of walking. They were upfront about some minor damages. Follow the signs coming back into the airport and you'll figure out the drop off location easily.

The lady who took my car back was extremely helpful. Not only she was kind, quick and effective during the return process but also she offered and gave me a ride to the terminal very quickly as my flight was about to depart. This type of service ´in-kind´ is extremely valuable and I really appreciate her help during the process. Worth a positive review. It is a pity I do not know her name so that she gets recognised for her good work. It was yesterday 24th of February at about 10.30am.

Excellent and professional service. The staff are helpful. The car was in excellent condition.
The only minor problem I had that I received the car 7/8 fueled and it's written that it's 8/8.

Really great - fast and quick. The person working there helped us with the child lock on the door even though it was very late. Also giving back the car went very smoothly and they have always great tips about what to rent and from where. Rubbish bin also just next to the parking. Extremely pleased and will definitely do it again.

I dropped my car off. Signs were easy to follow and then when I got out of the car everything was all ready for me. They did a few checks and then printed my receipt, so easy! I wanted to pay from a different card though so I was directed to the office. They were friendly and knew exactly what to do. I was surprised how good my experience was.

Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I have used Hertz for a few years now and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in car/van rental.

Yes, 5 stars for being able to return a rental car. Why? Because the guy that was there was amazing. He went above and beyond, really helping me out. I had my dog with me in a cage to go on a flight, but I had to assemble the cage, and I was getting stressed as I was taking up space and time. He just said take your time, no worries. Great service.

Friendly and helpful staff.

One of the smoothest rental experiences I have ever had. Picked up at Midi in Brussels, the staff was very pleasant. I was given a great little car that was almost new and worked perfectly. Returned at Schipol AMS, again very pleasant staff, quick and easy process. Reasonable rate for dropping off at a different location. I will absolutely rent from Hertz on my next trip.

After a horrible rental experience at Alamo/Enterprise Schiphol, I switched to Hertz and didn't regret it. You may pay a little more, but Hertz's customer service is much, much, much better.

Amazing support when navigation took us to the wrong place. Staff member walked with us to the car and drove us to our terminal.
Make sure you follow signs for car rental returns. If you passed Hilton on your right you've gone too far and you need to go on a loop and follow car returns. We had many people pass us who also got lost while returning their cars.
