Could have been excellent. The person at the counter seems to be rude and not politely helping people . I think we all should understand everyone who visits here are new ones and they need guidance and good service

During my recent visit to Amsterdam Airport, I encountered an unexpected closure of the Aspire Business Lounge. However, the staff seamlessly redirected passengers to Frames Bars and Bites next door, ensuring a smooth transition.

I must commend Ashley for her exceptional customer service during this situation. She skillfully managed the waitlist with a remarkable level of grace, all the while maintaining a warm and welcoming smile. Ashley's professionalism turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.

Best coffee at Schiphol, if you travel internationally. My favorite bar. I can just sit down, order, drink, relax and pay afterwards. Never too busy. Great cappucino.
