Hertz Autoverhuur Hoofddorp

Our flight was delayed and we didn't get out of the airport until 5pm, which is when they close! I called and staff could not have been more kind and helpful, went above and beyond and waited for us to arrive! Our taxi also took longer than I said because they took us to the wrong place! Basically we were nightmare customers and rather than being impatient or annoyed they were brilliant and I really cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing and smooth renting experience. Very helpful and understanding staff. I definitely recommend it to all. Extension of rental sounded little pricey. You have to inform in advance for a diesel car and if you are lucky, then you could get 1. Not many car choices as you see in airports but it's decent enough 😊

Its brilliant customer service, I forgot to tank the car and they guided me to nearest station, they also did not make problems when returning, the car I got was a brand new Toyota Yaris with great options list incl adaptive tempometer and line assist.

Had no navigation in the car. Rest ok

Goede, persoonlijke service.

Place has a gas station and a car wash. Rates are competitive

After we have handed in our rental car without issue or damage we noticed that Hertz charged 982,44 euro on our credit card. Hertz suddenly claims that there has been damage to the windscreen and without any documentation or information 982,44 has been withdrawn illegaly.
Service employees can only be reached per email form, this is a horrible way to treat your customers. A nice case for our legal assistance. My conclusion never rent a car at Hertz !!

Prijsafspraak gemaakt en deze komt Hertz vervolgens niet na bij het ophalen van de auto.
